- When Franklin tries to speak up for Dr. Jacobs, Garibaldi mentions that the last doctor he vouched for let an Ikarran war machine loose through Down Below.
- Sheridan and Kosh refer back to the events of Sheridan's dream while abducted.
- The Chessmaster: Sheridan shows himself to be quite a good one in this episode.
- Dark Secret: Dr. Jacobs has information that then Vice-President Clark was not ill when he left Earth Force One, implying that he knew it was going to explode.
