Japanese pop culture has its own set of stereotypes for portraying reality. This can be called [[Anime Style]] or [[Anime X]], just like the American counterpart is called [[Hollywood Style]] or [[Hollywood X]].


Anime Reality is not about anime, just like Hollywood Style isn't about Hollywood: It is about how reality gets misrepresented in the collective realm of Japanese media that includes [[Anime]], [[Manga]], [[Light Novels]], [[Visual Novels]] and [[Video Games]], just like Hollywood Style is how reality gets misrepresented in American media.
