If you look at some of the interviews they've given, you can see the foreshadowing of their eating disorder. In one interview with Pop Star magazine, she admits that sometimes she won't eat, say, a sandwich and they often feel insecure wearing bikinis.

No wonder many of their fans want to give her an "It'll all be okay" hug.
