- Fake Brit: Troy Baker, who is an American, uses a British accent when voicing Van Kleiss.
- Hey It's That Voice: Lots to keep track of here. For starters...
- Bender is Bobo Haha!
- Grey Delisle is instantly recognizable as Dr. Holiday, as is Hynden Walch as Breach.
- Rex is voiced by Daryl Sabara, known best for playing Juni Cortez in the Spy Kids series.
- And Big Bad Van Kleiss (and his henchman Biowulf) is voiced by none other than Troy Baker, who has Greed in Fullmetal Alchemist.
- Not to mention J. Jonah Jameson and General Wade Eiling as White Knight.
- You know you should be worried when Cave Johnson himself thinks Rex is expendable.
- Noah is Fred Savage, the greatest actor who ever lived.
- Data worked on the original nanite project.
- Noah's date for the prom, Claire, is ironically, Winnie Cooper, while Rex's prom date, Annie, is Felicia Day.
- Jason Marsden, Dante Basco, Kevin Michael Richardson, and Mark freakin' Hamill all show up in "Rabble" as Evo-criminals in Hong Kong.
- It's not Vyvan Pham's first time playing the hero's Love Interest in a Man of Action Studios show.
- Hunter Cane is John Cena. Yeah.
- "Divide by Six" gives us Carlos Alazraqui as Dos, Jim Cummings as Tre, Frank Welker as IV and One, and Jane as Five.
- Cesar is Wray from Planet Terror and Gio from Ugly Betty.
- Black Knight is voiced by Jennifer Hale who also voiced Bastila and Female Shepard.
- Gatlocke is both Rocket Raccoon and Anders.
- Who would've thought Harper would be Dr. Holiday's sister?
- Playing Against Type: Hynden Walch (Starfire, Penny Sanchez and Princess Bubblegum) playing a creepy, psychotic, four-armed school girl, for starters.
- Also, Grey Delisle can be seen doing this as she portrayed Azula, Mandy and Vicky; heartless, cruel teenagers, playing a thirty something nice doctor who cares about Rex.
- Talking to Himself: Van Kleiss and Biowulf.
- Agent Six and Captain Callan, despite minimal interaction due to the latter's overall lack of screen time, are both voiced by Wally Kurth.
- What Could Have Been: Apparently, original art designs showed that Rex would have bore more resemblance to his M. Rex look.
