Mary Sue Quest is an MSPA forum adventure by Goldwright, and is a parody and partial deconstruction of Mary Sues, detailing the day-to-day activities of one particularly egregious offender, Marisu Goldwright.

Tropes used in Mary Sue Quest include:

• Alternate Character Interpretation: The fanbase theorises that Marisu is in fact a manipulative bastard.
• Art Evolution
• Art Shift: Sometimes a little scribbly style appears.
• The Bechdel Test: If boys are mentioned, most of the time its off hand. Given the type of the story this is quite surprising.
• Canon Sue: Hardly surprising.
• Cloudcuckoolander: Marisu, and possibly Pale Kid.
• Color-Coded for Your Convenience / Painting the Fourth Wall: All the characters talk in a colour associated with them
• Common Mary Sue Traits: Marisu pretty much covers all of them.
