A 2008 H Game by CODEPINK, Nympho Sensei Ryouko is a Hentai about nothing. More or less.

Ryouko Sumeragi is a teacher in a ordinary school in Japan. The thing is, she is extremely perverted and tries to have sex with almost every human she finds in almost every place you can think off. This includes committing incest with her younger brother Akito and using his girlfriend Hitomi as sex slave, and of course having sex with other teachers and as many students as possible.

What makes this visual novel's plot feel about nothing is how it is played: you can control where Ryouko will go, but it's based on random events, and those movements are limited. In other words, you get scenes unlocked at random, and there is no central plotline or even a proper ending other than the game ending for the day. And we mean it: the game abruptly ends after a day is finished, and you have to start a new save if you want to see more scenes if you saved after the last one you're allowed to see for a day.

Meganekko: Hitomi is a text book example of that, being very shy and polite and cute.
Paper-Thin Disguise: Ryouko infiltrates in the swimming class as student with Maki basically by doing nothing other than tying her hair and wearing a swimsuit, which are standard for female students with long hair anyway. Maki still takes a long time to notice her.
Random Events Plot: The mechanics of the game ensure that, with the player never knowing what he will unlock next. The game does warn you if you already unlocked everything on a certain place.
Slice of Life: There is no overarching plotline, except Ryouko being a nymphomaniac having sex with everything human she finds, at home, in the metro, and mainly in the school.
Suspiciously Specific Denial: Ryouko mentions repeatedly she can swim despite using a dolphin float in the school pool.
You No Take Candle: After Ryouko drugs her and turns into a simple-minded sex-obsessed animal, Maki begins to talk like this.
Your Cheating Heart: Ryouko affirms Akito having sexual relations with her friend Maki would be that. The truth is that Akito is having sex with his sister and Hitomi wih several people to the point that the drama of it is null, averting the trope.
