What happened to all the friends Yang had on opening day at Beacon, who she'd preferred to hang out with instead of Ruby?
In episode 1 of volume 2, Ruby says "Four score and seven minutes ago", "I had a dream", and "I am not a crook" (the latter complete with Nixon's trademark "V" Signs) in the span of a minute or so. Remnant is not Earth, so where did she get those references from?
Why didn't Ruby use her Super Speed to get away from the White Fang and later Torchwick in V2E10 and E11? Why did she at most run at a normal human speed?

The mechanism for transferring Amber's Fall Maiden power -- and her soul -- to Pyrrha is probably directly related to Penny and her ability to generate Aura. Which raises the disturbing question -- who donated their soul so that Penny could have one? We find out in V7 -- her father donated part of his soul voluntarily. Twice.
