Space Jam: A New Legacy is a 2021 basketball comedy film that is a sequel to 1996's Space Jam. LeBron James encounters an AI named Al-G Rhythm (Don Cheadle) and is challenged to a basketball game in the WB Serververse. Zendaya replaced Kath Soucie as the voice of Lola Bunny. The film got a negative reception but Cheadle's performance was praised.

Tropes used in Space Jam: A New Legacy include:
  • Ascended Meme: Bugs Bunny transforms into Big Chungus from "Wabbit Trouble" as he impersonates Elmer Fudd.
  • Bait and Switch: The Looney Tunes told LeBron that Michael Jordan would help them. It turns out that Michael B. Jordan showed up instead.
  • Big Bad: Al-G Rhythm.
  • Contrasting Sequel Character: Swackhammer of the first film is from outer space. Al-G Rhythm is from a cyberspace.
  • Loads and Loads of Characters: There are a lot of cameos of dozens of WB properties including DC Comics and The Matrix.
  • Sound Effect Bleep: Al-G Rhythm swore at his Goon Squad but it was bleeped out.
