Broaden the definition?

I've noticed over the past few years that this trope -- currently defined as a bad guy masquerading as a good guy deciding he likes being the good guy he's pretending to be -- has been used in work pages for any case of anyone of any moral stripe coming to enjoy (or even actually become) a masquerade they're doing, regardless of the masquerade's moral stripe. We certainly don't have a mirror opposite of this trope the way that The Mole has Reverse Mole, so what do people think about expanding the definition of the trope by eliminating the requirement that it be a bad guy pretending to be a good guy?

It sounds like a logical progression IMO.

Robkelk (talkcontribs)

It makes sense to me.

Okay, I'll put it on my list of things to do.
