Fu Manchu had no moustache in the original novels, ironically. Just saying. He was explicitly described as clean shaven.

The page's current image (which we inherited from TV Tropes at the fork) has been removed from Commons for copyright violation. It's also obviously modern artwork, and it plays to the stereotype.
There's a perfectly good non-stereotypical confirmed-public-domain portrait of him, painted approximately one century after his death, on Commons: File:Genghis Khan.jpg.
