Who is Majere? Is "Mina" from Dracula, Sailor Moon, Skellig, Homestuck, or something else?

Well... The name "Majere" is from Dragonlance, being the Raistlin and Cameran's family name, but Googling the quote doesn't yeild anything.

A certain other wiki attributes it to Dragonlance, would we need to independently verify that information?

It would be good to know whether it's from a novel, a tabletop game module, or a fanfic.
