I don't think so. Maybe we should change the 2 entries max from a guideline to a rule.
Doesn't make much sense to make that a hard rule IMO, if there's already so few examples as is.

Does a list that's empty for emphasis count? e.g., "List of girls who looked better because of a tattoo. The end"
I'd call that both comical and short.
I was thinking of explicitly broadening the list usage to also including being or described as a list (list format not being necessary).
I was also considering maybe we should get rid of the comical requirement.
I have a short list example or 2 that doesn't fit the current requirements. (One might fit and if it does it could be used as a page image).
