Dorothy and Zeb's tomboyish 8-year-old daughter, Neddie's fun-loving older sister. Dot Hugson (voiced by Julianne Michelle) is a cute, energetic and beautiful young farmgirl from rural Kansas and the leader of the Oz Kids, and she has very good heart.
