I know of the YouTuber in question, actually - it's the abbreviation for his 'full' username and it's how he titles his main "series" of videos.
Well, that's fine, but it still doesn't identify it any useful way to someone who doesn't know that. And that's the issue that needs to be addressed. For all I know from the original context it could mean "Submachine Gun #4" or "Soviet Manufacturing Girl Four". No example entry should ever assume the reader already knows what it's about.
And if one gets through anyway, we have the {{who}} inline marker to highlight the problem. EDIT: Feel free to use it on pages where it's needed!
