Alternate Character Interpretation: Cevn takes certain liberties with how the main characters are portrayed but largely sticks to how they are in the original work.
Archive Binge: Its not unheard of for people to re-read parts of the story just to keep up from where they last left off from.
Archive Panic: Its one of the longest written works in Fan Fiction History, if not the larger literary world. You WILL lose productive hours in starting through this beast.
Complete Monster: Let's just say that Isilblius takes the idea Up to Eleven. He's manipulative, sinister, and doesn't just want to end existence, but he wants to go back to the beginning of time and prevent existence from ever occuring to begin with! ... and that's the tame stuff.
Growing the Beard: The early chapters read like a typical wangst filled diatribe with painfully corny dialogue, but it gets better over time.
HSQ: Depends on the reader, but this fanfic is definitely full of crazy moments.
Internet Backdraft: While the fic has gotten much praise, it also has its detractors, probably from the fact that its obscenely long and hard to follow sometimes.
Magnificent Bastard: Isilblius, when he isn't being a Complete Monster, that is.
Mary Sue: Cevn is unintentionally (He starts out with MANY flaws) this at times, as his wish makes him the central instigator and problem solver for many if not all of the situations the cast get into; He can create the music of the Almighty and read the Devil's Language through a 'Metallect' that comes and goes at random. This higher intelligence he can tap into is supposedly one result of his wish.
Nightmare Fuel: The Big Bad's true form is described as this.
Squick: To name one example, Cevn becomes blind early on and the work needed to repair a human eye is almost described TOO well.
Tear Jerker: Keiichi's trial in the desert, Urd and Cevn's romance, the fate of Cevn when he is a cyborg, the fate of the universe at two different points, I could go on for a bit. One early comment by a reader mentioned that she got tears in her eye before the 10th chapter.
The Woobie: Any of the main cast could probably count at one point or another.
