- Shortly after it was uploaded, Botchamania 173 was removed for copyright violation against CZW LLC. It would be resubmitted a day later with a Take That in place of the questionable footage, but two days after that, DJ Hyde himself apologized and clarified that he appreciates the exposure. It turns out that it was the result of a misunderstanding: CZW's legal arm wrongly called for its removal and wasn't aware that the owner of the company actually approved its use in Botchamania.?Maffew is now allowed to use CZW material pending approval from DJ Hyde on a case-by-case basis.
