Kuro Ai ~Ichiya Saikan Inkou Rannyuuroku~
Kuro Ai ~Ichiya Saikan Inkou Rannyuuroku~( it can be translated as "Dark Love - Brothel: Record of Lewd Mouths and Nasty Breasts" in English) is 2004 Visual Novel about a prostitute recruiter.
The protagonist has always lived in a backwater city on the outskirts of Japan. His mother has recently died, and he lives alongside his girlfriend Ayaka and her parents. However, he has recently discovered Ayaka is ill and her family has no money to pay even for her to go to America to get surgery for the heart problems she have.
The protagonist(named by default Tetsuya Gojou, but the player can rename him at the start of the game) however knows his extended family is rich, and writes a letter and decides to go to Tokyo to meet his aunt Rikka, in order to pay any favors she may demand for the large amount of money he is asking for. He promises to Ayaka he will return without telling her about her illness, that she is not aware about.
Going to his family's house, a western-style mansion on a isolated location on Tokyo, the protagonist finally meets his aunt, only for her to turn out to be a small woman which looks young enough to look like a child to him. She says she will give the money, but he must work on the family's business for it.
The protagonist agrees, but then Rikka makes a shocking revelation: their business is prostitution. The protagonist's family is administering a pimping business for decades, centuries even, and his own mother was, in Rikka's words, "YES but NOT a prostitute", and took him away from his father and Rikka when he was a baby for unclear reasons.
Rikka shows him an orgy to try to convince him by stimulating his sexual desires, but the protagonist remains repulsed. However, he can't refuse the money, since Ayaka's illness is deadly. Rikka then explains what he must do is simple: convince women he will find by walking through the street to become prostitutes. The protagonist finds that unlikely.
He initially falls even ill by walking through the polluted air of Tokyo, but Miyabi, a high-class prostitute who is also a member of his family, stimulates him to keep going. He ends up finding a pool of suitable candidates: a tomboyish college student called Reona, a vigilant high school teacher with eyesight problems called Reona, a refined high school student called Minako, a clumsy blonde nurse called Julianna, and Reonna's sister Kawori Mizuno, that manages a failing coffee shop.
Given several resources by his family to convince those women no matter what to sell their bodies for money, Tetsuya now just have to choose his destiny.
