Ninja Captor is a Japanese Tokusatsu TV series aired from April 7, 1976 to January 26, 1977 on TV Tokyo 12 Channel, produced by Toei Company, Ltd. This Sentai-esqe series aired during the run of Shotaro Ishinomori's original Sentai series, Himitsu Sentai Goranger and was apparently even once classed as the second sentai series before JAKQ Dengekitai. But certainly isn't anymore.

Daisuke Izumo graduates from the Wind-Demon Stealth-Army, a secret army aiming for the conquest of Japan. He instead escapes, and becomes the leader of the "Captor," a ninja team supervised by Mujin Tendou. The Captor team's mission is to battle the ninja sent out by the Wind-Demon General, Retsufuu Fuuma.

  • Daisuke Izumo (Fire-Stealth Captor 7) is played by Daisuke Ban, who is known in tokusatsu for playing the title roles in Kikaider and Inazuman, both by Shotaro Ishinomori. He also played the second Battle Cossack in the third Super Sentai series, Battle Fever J.
  • Sanpei Godai, who plays the yellow-colored Gold-Stealth Captor 5 in this show, would later play Goggle Yellow in Dai Sentai Goggle Five.
