Scoob! is a CG-animated film produced by Warner Animation Group (the same studio that brought us The LEGO Movie). The film is based on the Scooby-Doo franchise and serves as an Origins Episode about how Scooby, Shaggy, and the rest of Mystery Incorporated first met each other. It is also the first installment of a proposed Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe (not unlike the Marvel Cinematic Universe).

It was originally set to be released to theaters on May 15, 2020, but due to the ongoing 2019-2020 coronavirus pandemic, it was instead released to VOD platforms on the same date.

The first trailer was released on November 11, 2019, and the second trailer was released on March 5, 2020.
