A Plot
Drew is trying re-write his essay with his stepbrother Adam, and is basically over Alli. Or so he thinks. He sizes up all the girls of the Degrassi, and decides to ask out Marisol. At The Dot, Alli sees Marisol and Drew walking in together and is convinced he is over her. During Drew and Marisol's date, Drew realizes Marisol is a wee bit ditzy with not a lot a personality. Suddenly, Alli doesn't look so bad. After the date, Drew approaches Alli and askes her out and Alli isn't hearing it and is still hurt. Adam teases him that Drew actually likes her. Adam tells him that a girl like Alli requires effort. He tries to impress her with a declaration of love in the hallways of Degrassi with the football team, but it fails. At the dance, Drew is with Marisol but can only think about Alli. He finally gets her alone, and tells her how much he likes her and her intelligence and how dumb he feels next to her. Alli realizes that her actions made Drew feel stupid and Drew tells her he's been called stupid all his life. They start their relationship and make out in the photobooth. The next day, they finally put a label on their relationship - boyfriend and girlfriend.
B Plot
Sav is very into Holly J, and Fiona is teasing Holly J on how quickly she moved on and Sav's crush. Holly J insists they're Just Friends. Sav tells Peter all, and Peter relays to Holly J that Sav likes her. Holly J goes to straighten out the situation at the dance preparations. They both realize that the kiss was "stupid" but the energy in the room is charged and they both end up kissing again. Holly J is smitten with Sav, but Fiona warns that she may be looking for a rebound and is in no position for a new relationship. Holly J ignores her at first, until she sees a picture of Declan. She's not quite over him...
At About The Dot, Holly J tells Sav that she can't do anything with Sav; she's not over Declan. Sav is disappointed, and hides it badly. During the hoedown dance, Sav and Holly J exchange longing glances across the dance floor. Holly J approaches him and says that she really likes him but knows the relationship can't last. Sav agrees and they both decide to keep the relationship causal and fun. The only issue how is hiding it from Anya...
C Plot
Dave and Wesley try to wean Connor off his online girlfriend. Connor and LoveQueen16 decide to meet at Little Miss Steaks and he sees her for the first time. She's a middle aged, overweight woman. Dave teases Connor and Dave warns him about talking to her. But Connor is still in contact her with her.
