Taiki the Webcomic is a humorous Slice of Life webcomic about a high school girl named Taiki who has to deal with her sexuality, her friends and Tammi, and the girl she's secretly in love with.
The story ran from August 18, 2006 to December 28, 2012.
Tropes used in Taiki: The Webcomic include:
- Aerith and Bob: They're all real names, but it appears to be an odd mixture of Japanese and English names for no given reason.
- Alpha Bitch: Tammi.
- Armoured Closet Gay: Being attracted to girls--and only girls--means you're gay, Taiki.
- Better as Friends: Alex and the person in her love triangle who doesn't get her.
- Bifauxnen: Alex.
- Boyish Short Hair: Alex, Taiki, Nikki, Raine, Kimi, Kris, Natalie, Jessi. The author seems to love this trope, God bless 'er.
- Closet Key: Alex to Taiki.
- Coming Out Story: for Taiki.
- Everyone Is Gay: Averted. Big time. With Alex!
