Tokusou Exceedraft was the tenth entry in the Metal Heroes franchise, airing from 1992-1993. It was the third part of its Rescue Heroes Trilogy.

The main heroes are:

- Ken Okuma/DraftKeace[1]: Kid Appeal Big Guy who is a trained Martial Artist.
Tropes used in Tokusou Exceedraft include:

- Cool Car: Varias 7, Redder's personal car, a modified Chevrolet Corvette C4, that is equipped with various modes and weapons.
- Cop Show
- Hey, It's That Guy!: Jun'ichi Haruta as Red Spade, the leader of a criminal organization.
- Laser Blade: E.M Blade, Redder's personal close-combat weapon.
- Mid-Season Upgrade: Hayato is later upgraded to SyncRedder.
- Power Armor: All three heroes have them.
