Graaaaaaaaaaaains... graaaaaaaaaaaaains....

Okay, the zombies are here. They're approaching. One thinks this is the end as they're after the flesh of its victims, likely humans. As the scene builds up, something strange happens. This zombie hoard just simply walk by the humans, not interested. A sigh of relief... right? However, the remaining humans notice that the hoard had gotten into a garden and starts devouring any plant-life.

Yep, not all zombies prefer meat. Instead, some rather have grains for a meal. A relative newcomer in the zombie genres, these Undead creatures are more at peace with plant rather than meat. The perks could include the fact many targets, like humans, are often armed and can run fast, so plants are easier to catch and find. There are few plant species that have natural defenses, but a vegetarian zombie would still try their luck. However, this can sometimes spell bad news for survivors as this could cost them their food supply and oxygen since many plants give that off after consuming carbon dioxide.
