- And the Fandom Rejoiced: Reprising his role as Edward in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
- He has also stated that he would like to voice Brook. Not official (yet), but many fans are hoping.
- Crowning Music of Awesome: The English version of "Brothers" from Fullmetal Alchemist; Vic sometimes sings this live at cons, too. Recently, he was able to get permission to record "Brothers" from the Japanese and published a dance remix of the song on iTunes.
- The Real Fans of Genius parodies of Bud Light commercials (which he performs with Steve Blum) count as this, as well as Crowning Moments of Funny.

- Ear Worm: Todd Haberkorn lampshaded this by calling him a "jingle master" (it's at 1:51).
- Internet Backdraft: Oh, the Flame Wars that his name brings...
- Particularly the Kuro Fay fandom and a fair bit of the CLAMP fandom in general.
- It Is Pronounced "Tro-PAY": How many of you haven't pronounced his surname wrong at least once? If you say "I haven't", you're LYING!
- Memetic Molester: One of the surest ways to develop a liver disorder is to browse an online discussion about him and take a shot for every time some variation of the term "underage sex groupies" comes up.
- Memetic Mutation: "Colonel Mustang is dead sexy...in a miniskirt!" He seems to have gotten it under control currently, though it's still an injoke with the other FMA VAs.
- In recent years he's tried to rein in all the Memetic Mutation associated with Ed, telling fans that he's not going to do "short rants" or quoting random lines on request anymore. Part of the reason for this is that voice actors other than Vic have been asked to say that line, and while Vic gets the joke, his colleagues don't. At the same time, he has outright refused to do any request lines for Broly, because of the effect that Broly's lines have on his voice.
