Awesome Music: Lots. His "Cinema" remix is the most often cited, but also his "Hey Sexy Lady" remix, "Rock 'N' Roll", both versions of "With You, Friends", and many more.
Face of the Band: Back when he was in From First to Last. As a solo artist, there's really no one else to be the face.
Fan Dumb: Almost as strong as the Hate Dumb, but not quite. His popularity has brought a lot of people into dubstep for the wrong reasons, most just looking for "filthy" bass lines, while most dubstep is centered around dark ambiance and minimalism. Therefore every producer ever is inferior to Skrillex. Another thing that his Fan Dumb is partially responsible for is that while he is frequently considered the posterboy of modern dubstep, he only barely fits the description in a few songs and his output is mostly Electronic Genre Roulette. This causes a lot of newcomers to mistake anything electronic as "Dubstep", be it Daft Punk, Deadmau5, or Pendulum.

Hate Dumb: Skrillex seems to be blamed for single-handedly ruining dubstep and bringing it to the mainstream, despite the fact that he only really gained mainstream popularity in the beginning of 2011, when the dubstep craze had already long been fueled by Datsik, Flux Pavillion, Bassnectar, and Mt. Eden as far back as late 2009. All this and he doesn't even like to be labeled as dubstep, and he only has one song that really is 100% dubstep (Ruffneck (Flex)). Also, he is apparently responsible for every dubstep Stupid Statement Dance Mix, though again those go back as far as early 2010.

Nightmare Fuel: If you listen closely to Kill EVERYBODY, at the part where it first says 'I... want to eat your heart..., you can then hear what, to some, sounds like the licking of teeth and lips.
Shipping: Slash fics pairing him with Deadmau5 are getting rather popular.
Tear Jerker: "With You, Friends (Long Drive)." Especially if the rumors that it's about Skrillex's biological mother (he's adopted) are true. Though the vocals are pretty chopped up and distorted, what can be discerned is pretty heartbreaking:

The Woobie: His childhood was pretty lonely, and when he became a teenager he found out he was adopted- and that he was the only one who hadn't known. This and his self-esteem issues over his facial scars made him a hell of a Woobie. He's mostly recovered from being The Woobie, though.
