Talk:Crossover Ship

This list is already getting unwieldy (and only has the potential to get more so), would anyone object to Fanon Examples being split to "Fanon examples; inspired by canon" (for shared universes, crossover episodes and the like) and "Fanon examples: unique creations"? This would make both lists shorter, and make it a tad more navigable.

Thoughts?

You mean just subsections, right? Not entirely new categories? (Remember that "category" has a technical meaning in MediaWiki which may not be what you're intending to communicate.)

I was just thinking that the subsection needed splitting, but I didn't have any idea how it should be split. Your proposal sounds good to me.

(Just don't ask me to sort the examples - I don't recognize over half of the characters.)

If the split makes things more manageable, I support the idea. I may help a bit in the sorting whenever real life give me time to edit

I've done the preliminary split, though I'm sure a number of crossovers have slipped through (and I haven't had time/the knowledge to check through for all the Shonen Jump crossover works, if there's anyone knowledgeable that could lend a hand there). Also managed to delete a couple of duplicate entries. Let me know if there's anything else that needs doing

Just did a second pass, and caught one I missed. I'm reasonably comfortable that I've moved all but the most obscure "based on a crossover" entries on the list. Could always do with a couple of others running their eyes over it, especially anyone with a greater familiarity with anime than I, but I'm happy to call this done,
