Is this a Trope, a Useful Note, or a list?

It's currently tagged as a trope, but in my opinion it's more of a note. Either way, the the vast majority of the examples (outside of the Anime and Manga section) have no context, so people are treating this as a list.

If it's a trope or a useful note, then the examples need context.

If it's a list, then the page needs to be turned into a category.

What should we do with this?

It seems to be just a style of animation, not a common gag, not a way of change the narrative. I vote for this turned to be into a category, it's more fitting.
