Fake Brit: Troy Baker, who is an American, uses a British accent when voicing Van Kleiss.

- Bender is Bobo Haha!
- Grey DeLisle is instantly recognizable as Dr. Holiday, as is Hynden Walch as Breach.
- Rex is voiced by Daryl Sabara, known best for playing Juni Cortez in the Spy Kids series.
- And Big Bad Van Kleiss (and his henchman Biowulf) is voiced by none other than Troy Baker, who has Greed in Fullmetal Alchemist.
- Not to mention J. Jonah Jameson and General Wade Eiling as White Knight.
  - You know you should be worried when Cave Johnson himself thinks Rex is expendable.
- Noah is Fred Savage, the greatest actor who ever lived.

- Also, Grey DeLisle can be seen doing this as she portrayed Azula, Mandy and Vicky; heartless, cruel teenagers, playing a thirty something nice doctor who cares about Rex.

- Agent Six and Captain Callan, despite minimal interaction due to the latter's overall lack of screen time, are both voiced by Wally Kurth.
What Could Have Been: Apparently, original art designs showed that Rex would have bore more resemblance to his M. Rex look.
