These things about Lobo (web series) are subjective - not everyone will agree with all of them.

Accidental Innuendo: "Wait 'til you hear what Sunny Jim asked me to swallow."
Awesome Music: The background rock music is great to listen to.
Crosses the Line Twice: All of the graphic gore is comedically exaggerated.
Cult Classic: Since it is the only early 2000s DC cartoon geared towards an adult audience, it is starting to go towards this.
Fan Dumb: Those who only knew Lobo from Superman: The Animated Series thought that in this cartoon he was exaggerated into Darker and Edgier territory when in actuality he's far more true to his comic book incarnation.
Friendly Fandoms: It has one with the Harley Quinn cartoon and The Suicide Squad due to the similar adult-oriented tone and shock humor.
Memetic Mutation:
- Lobo yelling "This is crap" has been used for low-quality works.
- Lobo saying "frag" has been used in videos where "fuck" was used, including clips of Kevin Michael Richardson.
- Darlene's swearing has been used on videos of Frankie Foster and Azula.
Most Wonderful Sound: Lobo’s rock motifs are hardcore.
Narm Charm: Many compared the animation to Hotel Mario, but this time there is more effort.
Nausea Fuel: The graphic violence can be a little hard to watch.
Seinfeld Is Unfunny:
- While it is the very first adult-oriented DC cartoon, more successful attempts have made it not get first credit.
- While the audio quality and animation were revolutionary at the time, they are now seen as lackluster.
Signature Scene: All of "Lobo for President".
Special Effects Failure: Many agree that the animation is bad.
So Okay It's Average: While it is close to the comics, the animation felt lacking.
Tough Act to Follow:
- While Lobo isn't voiced by Brad Garrett, Greg Eagles and Kevin Michael Richardson did a pretty good job voicing Lobo.
- Dee Bradley Baker did a great job voicing Sunny Jim, but Tom Kenny who replaced Baker did a decent job.
Uncanny Valley: The stiff animation makes some of the characters look unintentionally spooky.
Values Dissonance: Averted. The reason why it got retooled from a Kids' WB show into an adult-oriented web series is because having an adult-oriented character like Lobo be the lead of a show would make it problematic for a family-friendly show.
Values Resonance:
- Sunny Jim is a realistic portrayal of an incel.
- Slaz and Major Snake are positive examples of gay men despite being killed off.
- In "Arms and the Main Man", there is a third restroom for non-binary aliens.
- "Lobo for President" holds up as a thought-out satire for unsuitable politicians.
Vindicated by History: The success of the Guardians of the Galaxy films (set in space with Aliens Speaking English) and the Deadpool films (also featuring a hilarious adult-oriented anti-hero) has made people think of the cartoon as ahead of its time. DC's success with The Suicide Squad and the Harley Quinn cartoon made it even more vindicated.
What Do You Mean It's Not for Kids?: While it is based on a DC character, like the comics, it is filled with strong language, sexual content and graphic violence. It doesn't help that the voice actors and the writer are known for more family-friendly cartoons.
