Big Lipped Alligator Moment: At one extraordinarily low point during the movie, Joel starts drinking a soda in the theater. The bots are angry because 1) drinks apparently aren't allowed in the theater, and 2) he didn't bring any for them. Of course, such a rule has never been stated and the incident is quickly forgotten.
Crowning Moment of Funny:

Narrator: There is one terrifying word in the world of nuclear physics:
Tom Servo: "Oops!"

- Also, at the end:

Narrator: The difference between science fiction and science fact.
Crow: And science crap!

- Even the Mads' introduction was a CMOF:

Dr. Forrester: I'm going to spit on you now just a little spittle called Monster A-Go-Go!
TVs Frank: Monster A-Go-Go, Joel.

Dr. Forrester: And because I'm gloating, I'm going to stick you with a short as well! It's a flaming little sack of dog poopy called...

TVs Frank: "Circus".

Dr. Forrester: [Chuckles]

TVs Frank: "On Ice".

Dr. Forrester: [[[Evil Laugh]]]

- - The way Frank repeats the name of the film recalls the "Rock Climbing" taunt from Lost Continent.
- Discovering the capsule.

Narrator: This was the capsule Douglas had rode in.
Tom Servo: (barely able to contain his laughter) Douglas was pear-shaped, very short, and stood the whole way!

- Tom and Crow's shared wangsty monologue during their Heroic BSOD at the end

Tom: Joel, it's this movie; it was really depressing! It was like...it was like being a little kid and eating dinner at your Aunt Ruth's apartment in the summer, and it's hot in there, and she's got a local Christian radio station on, and there's nothing to do or look at 'cuz all she's got in the apartment are Good Housekeeping magazines and linen doilies! *sobs*
Crow: Yeah, and then they send you out to play with the strange neighbor kids and they're all big and their skin is pink and they have big pores and the big eighth grader makes you look at really upsetting pictures and so you go back inside and sit down and they're all just talking and there are big pauses in the conversation and you can hear the clock ticking on the wall...*breaks down into tears*
Tom: Yeah, yeah, so you dig into your seat cushion and you find a really old peanut, and you're so bored you eat it! And then you just feel bad and a little sick, and - and then you think you're about to go, but then - then Aunt Ruth takes out a photo album filled with black-and-white photos of kids with squinty eyes, and they're supposed to be your uncle and aunts or something, and then your parents force you to look at them! *sobs some more*

Ear Worm: Johnny Longtorso!
Hilarious in Hindsight: Johnny Longtorso is pretty familiar to anyone angry at DLC that should have been included with the videogame they're developed for.
Moral Event Horizon: Gypsy snaps after the Mads show off "Johnny Longtorso".

Gypsy: EVIL!!! YOU ARE EVIL!!!!
