Steve Bulen
Steve Bulen (full name James Steven Bulen, born on August 1, 1949 in California) is a voice actor who's worked for both the North American and Anime fronts of animation, mostly the latter. His most noticeable roles include the titular character in Crying Freeman, Bolt Jolt in Creepy Crawlers and Gale Glory in Rave Master.
Do not confuse with Steve Blum.
