John is the oldest and the smartest of the Bolton brothers. He enjoys creating inventions, taking up most of his knowledge from his father. When John transforms, he becomes Ripster, a great white shark with teeth that can chew through steel.

Coop Bolton is the youngest brother also the most athletic. He's a football player in high school. After transforming, he became Slammu the whale shark. Slammu's most commonly used attack is the 'Seismic slam', where he sets off an earthquake by hitting the ground with his huge fists.

Formally Mr. Cunneyworth a middle aged man who was the owner of a hotel, which was destroyed by the Street Sharks during a battle with Dr. Paradigm's minions, this caused to harbor a grudge towards them, and he later willingly joins up with Dr. Paradigm who turns him into an electric eel mutant known as Repteel who has the ability to shoot electricity from his hands and create mini electric eels to attack his enemies.
