Junko Minagawa is a veteran seiyu born in 1978. Her forte is that of Bishounen and therefore a Crossdressing Voice , though she can play badass girls or women (witness Cornelia Li Britannia).
She had a voice-acting relationship with Romi Paku and Junichi Suwabe. In the former case, Junko voices in games characters voiced by Romi-san in the anime.
