- They Changed It, Now It Sucks: Some people object to the race changing of Heimdall and Nick Fury.
- Iron Woobie: Bruce Banner and Tony Stark.
- Jerkass Woobie: Loki. He may be a homicidal, Axe Crazy megalomaniac, but it's very hard not to feel some sympathy for him, especially in Thor.
- Magnificent Bastard: Loki, Big Time.
- Whiplash is good at it in Iron Man 2 as well.
- YMMV, but Red Skull might count as well.
