- Number Six appears in the second episode.
- Lt. Col. Sheppard retired from the Air Force and is now a building developer in NYC.
- The Sherriff of Rottingham/Lord John Marbury is MacPherson.
- Jo, Zane, and Henry, the first two appearing in the eighth episode and the last in the ninth. Syfy seems to be big on actor sharing.
  - Which is a little weird, given that the town of Eureka exists in this 'verse'.
  - Not only exists, but has a full crossover involving all of those characters.
  - As well as Fargo, twice.
  - Unless you consider the actual crossover episodes Non-Canon?
- Saul Tigh is Myka's dad.
- Stacie (or alternatively Lila) is H.G. Wells.
- Claudia is Mindy.
- Simon Tam and Kaylee have settled down and now own a coffee shop in Detroit.
- Mark Sheppard is one of the Warehouse Regents.
- Paula Garcés is the town vet.
  - Apparently, she's back from space.
- Odo helped design the Warehouse's computer system. And Quark (or Principal Snyder if you prefer) is the very curmudgeony Da Chief from the 60's.
- Bianca from the live-action series which was produced by and aired on Syfy is Myka.
  - And Harry Dresden himself appears in the Christmas Episode.
- Myka's love interest in "Merge with Caution" is also "Dashing" Cody Rhodes, WWE wrestler.
- Adam Monroe / Mr. Sark was suspected of turning women into glass statues in the '60s, only he's actually innocent this time.
- The Ten Rings guy / Captain Robau is the Warehouse's hiring manager.
- The Bionic Woman is the Warehouse's in-house doctor.
- Jimmy Olsen is joining the Warehouse team.
- Seven Of Nine is Pete's ex-wife.
- Ianto! in "3..2..1".
- Gunn as one of Myka's old partners in "Past Imperfect".
- Captain Janeway is a Regent.
  - She's also Pete's mother.
- Zoe Graystone/her avatar is afraid she's nuking people.
  - with a Shout-Out/Actor Allusion when shortly after meeting her Claudia says Frak.
- The man trying to take down the Warehouse is Anthony Michael Hall
- And the man's right hand man apparently does double duty as the right hand man of another conspiracy. And he's also a cop there too. Sasha Roiz sure does get involved in a lot of conspiracies.
Shout-Out: Too many to count in "Mild Mannered" but this one sticks out because its one of the few not comic book related ones:

- In "Mild Mannered", one scene at the end has the camera pans to Charlie Atlas' pants. Careful observation of the panning sequence will reveal that the Warehouse also possesses what appears to be Wonder Woman's lasso, the Penguin's umbrella, Green Arrow's bow and... Thor's Hammer.
- A component of H.G. Wells' time machine in "Where and When" appears to be a flux capacitor.
- Pete also tells himself to "Get your ass to Mars!" like in Total Recall and he and Claudia shout out the Wyld Stallyns with an Air Guitar duet.
- During an expedition to Egypt, H.G. Wells dresses up like Lara Croft. Complete with Lampshade Hanging!

Helena: What? This is what the modern British archaeologist wears, isn't it?
Myka: No, it's what American film producers think the modern British archaeologist wears.

- In "Reset", Captain Robau actually says the words "Prime Directive".
- In the third season premier, Pete signs off from the Farnsworth calling himself Kirk, and has his new partner do the "live long and prosper" gesture.
  - He was signing off a Kirk as early aas Season 1 epidoe 8.
- In the episode "Trials", one of the doctors preforming an operation used the line "Ok kids, this is where it gets interesting."
- In the season 3 intro sequence, you can see, among other things, a full wing of Harrier jets, the Wright Flyer, and the Trojan Horse. Between this and other tropes here, it's safe to say that W13 holds any major artifact of historical and/or cultural significance along side the harmful harmless objects.
- Warehouse 13 has a purple goo that neutralizes objects with paranormal powers and gives people giddy feelings if they touch it. In Ghostbusters 2, the team finds a river of pink goo that imbues objects with paranormal powers and gives people angry feelings if they touch it.
