My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic/Recap/S2/E26 A Canterlot Wedding Part 2/Awesome

  • The point where Queen Chrysalis and her changeling army get blasted over the horizon by Shining Armor and Cadence's true love for each other is jawdroppingly amazing.
  • The entire fight scene between the Mane 6 and the changelings. Nice to know the girls can hold their own in a straight-up fight if it came down to it. Bonus points to:
    • Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash using deception to distract/take out changelings.
    • Fluttershy again for coming out of the battle unharmed, despite apparently not raising a hoof to attack anyone. Also, she doesn't run away, remaining so she can support her friends, despite being absolutely terrified.
    • Rarity apparently has one heck of a punch.
    • "Meh. I've seen better." Also, weaponized party cannon.
    • Twilight showing how a magic user fights, even at close range.
