Fairy Sexy

A particular form of Our Fairies Are Different, namely a pixie that's young, female and attractive. Doesn't generally wear too many clothes, sometimes just leaves or flower petals. If the fairy is far smaller than human, Fridge Logic may ensue.

The trope has at least some historical basis going back to Greek Mythology, where just about every Nymph was Ms. Fanservice (and got raped a lot).

Elea, Projected Girl in Blassreiter, though her style is more "imp" than "fairy".
Lilymon in Digimon Adventure, as well as Fairymon and Ranamon (who's based on a water nymph) in Digimon Frontier.

Fan Works

While Navi looked like just a little ball of bluish light with wings in The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, many artists have pictured her as having light-blue skin, hair, and eyes.

Peter Pan: Tinkerbell.
- Disney's Peter Pan: Tinkerbell. Since it was a different day, her first appearance lacked a Magic Skirt.
- 2003 Peter Pan, as played by Ludivine Sagnier.

Narnia: In the 2005 film version, dryads can only become visible as blowing leaves, flower petals, etc., but they often take the shape of sexy humanoids wearing nothing but the petals.
The Green Fairy Absinthe from Moulin Rouge. Indeed, most depictions of the Green Fairy fall under this—but Moulin Rouge! has Kylie Minogue. Who is briefly voiced by Ozzy Osbourne.

Literature

Laughing Sisters, barmaids and Fan Service in Bloody Fist tavern, Waterdeep. They also help deal with "problem customers". And always giggle.
Holly Black's Modern Faerie Tales series portrays many types of faeries as much more beautiful than mortals—if a little bit inhuman-looking along with it.

A male example: Tybalt, the Cait Sidhe king from Seanan McGuire's October Daye series, definitely falls into this category and almost always appears in tight leather pants.
Applecore in The War of the Flowers. Theo is somewhat disturbed when people ask if they're together, and to learn that the size difference can apparently be resolved through (magical) surgery.

Tabletop Games

Dungeons & Dragons, as explained here.
- In AD&D 2nd Ed. Sylph was summonable "elemental-kin". Always Female, as they reproduce by laying eggs, and what hatches from these are always one more female sylph.

Video Games

Pixies in Shin Megami Tensei games tend to be depicted like this (an example, from Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne).
The Great Fairies from The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time wear ridiculously little clothing—they're more wrapped up in vines than anything else. Then again, they come off as more creepy than sexy...
- In The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, the "attractive young Great Fairies" return (after being replaced in Wind Waker and The Legend of Zelda the Minish Cap by more abstract-looking fairies), but instead of vine-clothing, they have Godiva Hair, a much higher polygon count, and no creepy voice.
- The fairies in the earlier, 2D games weren't particularly detailed, but could qualify (especially if the art's anything to go by).
Ys: The Ark of Napishtim has Crevia.
Most of the female summons in Final Fantasy games, particularly the more animalistic Shiva and Siren from VIII.

The pixies in Shining the Holy Ark generally show a lot of skin. The Pixie is in what seems like a skin-tight swimsuit. The Succubus likes to show off her ass. While the Incubus provides some eye-candy for the ladies. Also the Queen of the pixies shows a lot of cleavage.

Web Comics

Celia from Order of the Stick is a human-sized fairy called a "Sylph". She's elemental-kin rather than fairy, even though in OotS sylphs aren't Always Female. Also, there are her cousins: Earth counterpart (though she doesn't looks like Pech) who was just quietly offed, and Fire who was killed off-screen. Celia was "lucky" enough to be "only" petrified.
Homestuck: Vriska convinces boy skylark Tavros to make a stand for daring and derring do, don his plucky "Pupa Pan" costume and fly to fight the horror awaiting which turns out to be her waiting in a skimpy fairy costume. At this point he falls into her web and her black widow motif goes Up to Eleven.

The Legend of Neil features a fairy played by Felicia Day in a leaf bikini.
The various faeries in Neopets. Not too fanservicey, as it is a site used by kids, but their depictions are still quite good-looking.
In Tales of MU it's considered taboo for nymphs to wear any clothing, due to their infamous beauty being considered a gift from nature. Thus, Amaranth runs around stark naked all the time, except for her Nerd Glasses. Except when she's in private, wherein she wears clothing for the texture.
