General

• The theme song. Especially the extended version.
  • This IS Bowling for Soup we're talking about. They have a habit of writing awesomly catchy tunes.
• Perry's theme song! And heck, Carl's got one too!
  • The guitar solo at the end of Carl's is the icing on the cake.
• All of Doofenshmirtz's showstoppers.
  • They sound like they were co-written by Tom Lehrer!
  • May this troper add that HE HAS AN INTENSE BURNING INDIFFERENCE!
• Every variation of the Doofenshmirts jingle including this one.

Season 1

• You want specifics? Oh, where to begin? How about the entirety of the "Love Handel" Episode? "Danny's Story", "You're Fabulous!", "I Ain't Got Rhythm" (oh yes you do!), and of course: The Concert too.
  • Ain't Got Rhythm is the only song from Phineas and Ferb apart from the opening that actually won an award, which makes it even more impressive. The Title Drop in Fabulous is the icing on the cake for me, though, mainly because of the way Phineas says it.

Phineas: Nice 'do! But back to the matter at hand. So what do you say, are you back in the band? Bobbi: Well, maybe if I can find my old leather. Phineas: Dude! We're getting the band back together!

• • As if this show needs any more proof that it's filled to the brim with Crowning Music of Awesome, think about this: after composing a spectacular, authentic-sounding, toe-tapping, undeniably catchy original hardcore rock song, they take this said song, and shove it in their credits. Not just that, but they just make it less than 30 seconds long. That's what Phineas and Ferb did with Music Makes Us Better, from the band episode. Perhaps YMMV whether the song is really that great or not, but judging from the music on most kids shows nowadays, other shows would kill to have that kind of song as the show-stopper in the middle of any episode. Amazing.
  • And seriously, Ain't got Rhythm deserves more emphasis. You wouldn't believe a library has so much rhythm until you watch that.
    • Honestly, when Vincent Martella starts harmonizing and the kickass horn section drops in, it becomes the best dancing, most toe-tapping thing ever.
• "Squirrels in My Pants". Best Disney song ever made EVER.
  • And the extended version is even better.
    • The video of which also counts a a Crowning Moment of Getting Crap Past the Radar.
• Basically every song that made it into the Cliptastic Countdown.
  • The Countdown itself ended up being an unintended tribute to Candace. She sings in 7 out of the top 10 songs and was prominently featured in all but one, far more than any other character. The Countdown showcased Ashley Tisdale's superb singing voice, the many different music styles that can be found on the show, and how songs can range from catchy to hilarious to touching to sad. And nearly all of it was centered around this one character.
• Even when it's not an original song, the music in this show is still awesome. Watch the episode "Mom's Birthday" and listen hard when the wax presidents melt . Is that song you're hearing in the background Jimi Hendrix's version of 'The Star Spangled Banner'? Yes, yes it is. I fucking love this show.
  • While we're on that topic, at one point during Candace's Mushroom Samba in "The Ballad of Badbeard", you can hear a a Suspiciously Similar Song version of Jimi Hendrix's "Hey Joe" for a few seconds. Just...yes.
• How is it Gitchee Gitchee Goo and its' extended version haven't made it onto this list yet?! This was the song that convinced the studio to make sure there was a song in every single episode from then on!
  • And if you listen closely, and have a decent knowledge of cartoon history, you'll easily recognize the song as a parody/homage to the Jetson's song, "Eep Opp Ork Ah Ah (Meet Me Tonight)"
    • If you think about it, it might also count as Crowning Moment of Getting Crap Past the Radar. I mean think about it, part of its main lyrics is about the singer's girlfriend singing 'bow-chicka-bow-wow' which is a rather infamous background music.
• One Little Scare Ought To Do You Some Good gets stuck in my head on a daily basis. LOVE IT.
• "E.V.I.L. B.O.Y.S". Yes, you will believe a middle-class teenage white girl can sing the Blues.
• The F Games An arena-rock-sounding song that feels so authentic and engaging, you'll swear Freddie Mercury had a hand in composing it.
• What? No mention of Disco Miniature Golfing Queen? An insanely catchy disco-themed song about miniature golf? ABBA would be proud.
• My Chariot from Greece Lightning has its merits. What other song has the word 'anachronistic' in it?
• How about the Toy Story-esque "Missing My Nemesis" (possibly better remembered as "The Moments When We Didn't Get Along")? The original in Toy Story 2 made this troper cry... this one not only conjures up that feeling, but also manages to be hilarious AT THE SAME TIME. "But now you're doing battle/With a panda from Seattle"? Come on. That's genius, man.
• My favorite is Chains On Me.
• And let's not forget He's A Bully
• My favorite is Queen Of Mars. Ultra-catchy, probably the best of Ashley Tisdale's singing... and she's just so happy.
• Did everyone forget about the birthday song that Candace wrote for her mom?!? This troper was crying afterwards it was so beautiful!
• How is Do Nothing Day not on here!
• This troper LOVES Busted, especially the The brazilian version, just because I am accostumed to it more that the english one.
• I'm Lindana And I Wanna Have Fun, anyone?
  • Olivia Olson shows a great voice in that one.
• "Backyard Beach." Is there anything Ferb can't do?
• Let's take A Rocket Ship To Space is beautiful, romantic, and like every other song on this page, an incomparable Ear Worm.

Season 2

• Baljeet's reaction in "The Baljeetles" when he realized that the "Summer Rocks" camp he joined was NOT a geology camp, but rather a music camp... AND that he would not be graded for his hard work... needless to say, it was priceless and awesome!
• "Come Home Perry" gets this troper every time.
• A-G-L-E-T is bizarre, pun-filled, and strangely adorable.
• Evil Love shows that even Doofenschmirtz can do touching songs.
• Why the heck isn't I'm Me on here yet! Some of the lyrics make no sense, but just go with it... pure awesomeness.
• I'm not usually a fan of rap but for Ferb I'll make an exception
  • Aroma therapy... *deep inhale* Yea... aroma therapy.
• Watching and waiting. It starts out sorta' spacey, with just ticking, acoustic guitar, some light horns, and simple percussion, then... WHA-BAM! Epic drum fill, followed by wailing electric guitar, and really satisfying syncopation, all before fading back to spaciness.
  • There's one line that makes it as good as it is;
    • We're starin' and we're glarin' 'till our corneas burn!
• Just Passing Through. Nuff Said
• Ducky Momo Is My Friend is also pretty reminiscent of the more downbeat songs from the Toy Story series.
• Any resident car wash would get big if they used The Phin-tastic Ferb-ulous Car Wash as a car commercial.
  • Bonus points for everything about it being a blatant send up to The B-52's, right down to that... thing Vincent Martella is doing with his voice.
• Let's Go Digital. Baljeet looked AWESOME in those shades.
• What this troper digs in My Ride From Outer Space is Ferb's line: "You're diggin' my ride from outer space."
• Mix And Mingle Machine is one of this troper's personal favorites. It's just so damn catchy, and the way they've got it so practically every line is said by a different person is really cool.
• In "The Secret of Success" we have "We're Talking All Terrain which is just plain epic.
• Let's not forget What Do It Do? My #1 song about reverse engineering!
• "Doof Side Of The Moon" has "Floor After Floor" which is also awesome.
  • Martin Olson, a producer for the show, uploaded the original inhouse demo of the song to his SoundCloud account. It's sung by Martin, Jon Colton Barry (a writer for P&F), Dan, and Swampy, and it's just as awesome.
• "Yodel Odel Obey Me" from Bubble Boys became about 40 seconds of pure awesomeness and hilarity. Too bad Perry had to interrupt it...
  • This video attempted to make it go uninterrupted.
• "She's Got An Alien Heart" by Max Modem (Lawrence Fletcher) is so very, very 80's and so very, very awesome.
  • Plus points that it's Riff Raff.
• Despite being completely random (or maybe because of that),"There Is No Candy In Me" has become a fan favorite and a Crowning Music of Funny. "NERD AIN'T NO PINATA!!"
• And with You Snuck Your Way Right Into My Heart, Couldn't Kick My Way Right Into Her Heart.
• How can you not love a song on a children's show ("X-Ray Eyes" from "No More Bunny Business") which contains the lines

I got a brand new way of looking at life An altogether different visual spectrum. Sometimes photons behave like a wave, But they're particles when you reflect 'em.

• "Our movie's better than yours!" Taking away the usual lightheartedness of Phineas and Ferb to replace it with music of PURE UNDILUTED EPIC! Perfectly capturing the undoubtedly epic tone of both movies, and making it sound for a moment like the two factions are seriously going to go to war.
  • Am I the only one who thinks of Twilight fans whenever I hear that song?
• "Split Personality" gives the awesomeness known as Me, Myself, and I
• What happens when Perry takes control of Doof? Awesome. That's what
• The official Musical Episode. Seriously. In the very first song (which isn't even 5 whole minutes through the episode) they reference Cats, The Phantom of the Opera, Oklahoma!, Singin in The Rain, Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, The Music Man, Les Misérables, The King and I, and Chicago. With the murderesses. Hell yeah.
  • And of course we have other great songs such as "You're Going Down", Back in Gimmelshtump, and Carpe Diem.
  • Also, Isabella sings a wonderful and adorable musical version of her Catch Phrase, Whatcha Doin'.
  • This troper found Aren't You a Little Young? fantastic. Plus, the Mom Look number.
  • No love for Rollercoaster, the title song? It is absolutely ROCKING. Watching Phineas go berserk on an electric guitar while riding a rollercoaster is a sight for gods.
    • Agreed. Also, those high Gs and B-flats are the highest notes that Phineas has hit yet, and damn, does he hit them well. Hats once again off to Vincent Martella!
• How can we have gotten this far along without mentioning Not so Bad a Dad? Heartwarming, phenomenal singing.
• The most recent episode "Candace gets busted" features the completely epic Intimate Get Together. Almost makes up for the Downer Ending. No, it DOES make up for it.

• "Give Up", an epic anti-anthem about...well, Exactly What It Says on the Tin.
  • It's also really depressing, despite the upbeat way it's performed.
• The Beak's theme song is completely about how much better he is than you. It is also awesome.
• "The Wizard of Odd" has many awesome songs. Notable ones include "The Yellow Sidewalk" and "Tree-related Wish".
  • The credits feature - completely out of nowhere, which makes it even better - a parody of "Busted" called "Rusted" that Candace sings to the rusted Tin Man.
• Mobile Mammal may be the catchiest truck driving song ever.

Season 3

• This troper thought "Run Candace Run" was pretty epic.
  • Even more epic if you pick up on where it was inspired from.
• The Shark of Danville Harbor is proof that Phineas and Ferb can even do a sea shanty and still make it sound good.
• "Lunar Taste Sensation"/"Space Ice-Creams" from Moon Farm. The best part: Baljeet arguing with the singer over whether or not he should have brought the marshmallows.

We've got chocolate, and vanilla But we don't have rocky road It's not that we don't like it - We left the marshmallows at home (I blame Baljeet) Baljeet: Hey!

• Epic Monster Battle from Excaliferb, its basically a homage and parody of Heavy Metal like Manowar or Tenacious D.
• Aerial Area Rug from the new episode "Magic Carpet Ride". It's even more memorable if you realize that the song references A Whole New World from Disney's animated movie Aladdin. Check it out: Aerial Area Rug
  • Seconded so much. The song is literally uplifting and seeing as it's Danny Jacob's 16-year-old son Aaron singing, his voice is so breathtakingly magical.
• Dance, Baby! is not only groovy music and makes you want to dance, it is also one of the best moments for the Perryshmirtz fans.
• "A Real Boy" Who knew Norm could rap?
• "Phineas and Ferb Interrupted" has the inspirational and amazing "With these Blueprints". It's even more amazing when you see that Doofenshmirtz is singing the same song that everyone else is singing.
• Jeremy Sets the Record Straight. The man needs more songs.
• We're Evil!. A great Villain Song sung by countless of villains in a very happy and joyful way.
• Lonely Vampire is a short goth song sung about how Candace hates being goth (and a vampire). And, as is usual, it is awesome.
• Frenemies just about sums up the relationship between Buford and Baljeet.
• As usual, Ferb Latin is catchy and very adorable. AND the three-part counterpoint....oh, my God.
• How are we missing Zubada?. It's starts as a catchy tune, then it becomes a caveman parody of their biggest hit. And it's AWESOME.
  • Agree so much. YMMV, but there's a certain heartwarming to it when you think of it in the sense that it's a sort of celebration of how great Phineas and Ferb has become, to the point where they can make an entire episode featuring caveman talk and interludes with the creators, and then rap it up with an amazing take on their most popular song. This troper found it an extremely moving Heartwarming Music of Awesome!
• In Doof Dynasty, we have Way of the Platypus
• The Perry the Platypus theme song. Wait- you think you've already heard this one before? Have you heard it while he's in a fez?
• Perry's hat/where is it going?...
  • From the same episode, "Cheesetopia" is well worth a mention.
• Half a Day from Perry the Actorpus.
• Hole in my heart ripped ours into a million pieces and sent them to the winds.
• Drusselstein Driving Test Waltz is, almost undoubtedly, the funniest waltz you will ever hear in your life.
• It doesn't matter if you are a mother, a father, a son, or a daughter, you will find We Are The Moms to be awesome.
• "Takin' on the Big Brain". If the song itself isn't awesome enough, Baljeet's dancing is.

Specials and Miscellaneous

• Every song in their Christmas Special.
  • 'Where Did We Go Wrong' actually made this Troper cry the first time they saw it.
  • Heck, the one song that was cut was so epic they made an extended version just so they could have it in! Behold: "What does he want?"
  • The sadly very short Danville for Niceness.
  • Thank You Santa, which plays during the end credits.
• It hasn't aired yet, but a sneak preview of the 1-hour special "Phineas and Ferb: Summer Belongs To You" with the songs Bouncin' Around The World and Rubber Band promises to make the episode epic.
  • The first 15 minutes are online, and it has "I Believe We Can" and "J Pop (Welcome to Tokyo)"
    • Even more awesome when you realise that it's Clay Aiken and Chaka freakin Kahn! The fact that they actually topped the epicness of having Bowling for Soup do two of the songs and Jaret Reddick (lead singer of Bowling For Soup) providing the voice for Love Handle's lead singer is incredibly impressive. It'll be a hard act to follow.
  • How about City of Love? Genuinely touching.
  • The last song in the episode Summer Belongs To You, is epic
  • Actually, pretty much ALL of the songs in the special were awesome, go figure.
• The Phineas and Ferb Holiday Favorites CD has some pretty good songs like the completely epic Run Rudolph Run sung by Phineas and 12 Days of Christmas which gives Doofenshmirtz some priceless lines.
  • Also of note is a completely straight rendition of The Christmas Song by Vanessa. Simply beautiful.
  • Buford's version of "Good King Wenceslas".
  • I am shocked and offended that someone dared mention this album without mentioning Isabella's touching and adorable rendition of Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow. Tell me you don't think she'd be thinking about Phineas while she's singing that.
    • Here is the animated version which is just as adorable.
  • No love for We Wish You A Merry Christmas? Absolutely awesome, from Phineas' opening lyrics to Doofenshmirtz's closing.
• This show can turn the Dodger Stadium code of conduct into an example. Seriously.
  • Holy stuff, this thing is awesome. Other non-US fans, try it, really.

Across the 2nd Dimension

• Across the Second Dimension has some rocking songs of course, like the epically chassis-kicking Robot Riot.
• Though it's been cut, "Some Mysterious Force" qualifies.
• Special mention to many people's favorite, Summer (Where Do We Begin?). It will stand the test of time not only for Vincent Martella's wonderfully uplifting vocals and the excited yet soothing music, but also as the absolute be-all-and-end-all representation of summer to a child. Who can go against "Ice cream cones and/Cherry soda/Dripping down your chin"?? That's it. That's summer.
• Also special mention to "Kick It Up A Notch," which has the be the most epic ending song ever. How epic? It has majorly cool guitar playing by Slash.
  • Who said he did it because he likes the show.
• A Brand New Best Friend qualifies as the most awesomely charming villain song ever in a Disney movie.
• Why the hell has no one brought up Brand new reality?!
