Ryuudouji Shimon no Inbou

Ryuudouji Shimon no Inbou is a 2016 mix of Visual Novel and Simulation Game, released only on Japan.

Ryudoji Shimon has stopped teaching for four years. While living in hiding in a shabby apartment in the suburbs, he receives a letter. It was a letter of acceptance to teach at a prestigious girls' school in Tokyo, the Ryunomiya Academy. Despite his doubts and concerns, he is unable to resist the allure of a girl's school for a perverted guy like him and accepts the proposal.

He is taken to the chancellor's office, where he meets Sayaka Ryuzaki, a ex-colleague of him. Sayaka had hired specifically him, but not only to be a teacher. She makes an immoral offer to him: accepting his job, he also must train five students on a list to be sex slaves. Shimon is fully aware that her plan, called "S-Life Full Support Partner Program", is insanity, but his lust stops him of refusing, and he accepts her proposal.

It was adapted into a two-episode OVA by Media Bank and Golden Bear. The episodes were directed by Teruaki Murakami, known for the anime adaptation of Taimanin Asagi, and the episodes are animated in his usual trippy, fast-paced style.

Developed by Mink, the same company which developed Night Shift Nurses.

Tropes used in Ryuudouji Shimon no Inbou include:

Bastard Boyfriend: Shujin is this to his girlfriend Akane, treating her meanly and rejecting the food she offers to him and, as the player latter discovers, outright cheating on her.
Big Bad: Sayaka Ryuuzaki is the principal of the school and a very evil woman who selected young girls to be raped and mind broken to be slaves of wealthy men who pay for it.
Depraved Bisexual: Both Sayaka and Suzuka are both into men and women and are both rapists and torturers.
Dirty Old Man: The clients who pay Sayaka and through her Shimon so young teenage girls become their sex slaves are said by her to be in their 60s to 70s.
Disabled Hottie: Chikako, who ruptured both tendons of Achilles six months before the game began. She needs a wheelchair or crutches to go anywhere, but her status as this is said to not be possibly permanent.
Double Standard Rape: Big time, though it's in-universe only. Shuichi is being chased around by a woman over 40 who claims to keep a sexual relationship with him when he is a high schooler puts his reputation more at risk than her in jail.
Evil vs. Evil: Sayaka and Urara's grandpa in Urara's route. The latter is trying to fraud the first so he can sell his company's product, but both are incestuous creeps. Urara's grandpa however comes off as worse because of the dialogue implicating he killed Urara's mother by raping her to death by exhaustion.
Expy: Given it's Recycled IN SPACE! status, it is pretty much a given a lot of character are expies of characters of Night Shift Nurses:
- Shimon is of Ryuuji, being a hedonistic rapist recruited by a female of high status to rape and enslave people on their place of work. He is also ugly.
- Sayaka is of Narumi, a woman wearing glasses who was a previous victim to the protagonist and, as said above, recruits him to enslave girls.
- Akane is of Nanase Ren, a cute delicate redhead girl which the protagonists obsess over. She is also first seen taking care of flowers.
- Ako and Urara distrust the protagonist at first sight and are involved in a secret scheme involving their family's businesses.
- Shuichi to Naoya. An injured promising athlete whose girlfriend is said Nanase Ren expy, who is also victim of a blackmail plot.
- Kagome is one of Remi, a strict professional which is very abrasive towards the protagonist for being lenient and blame themselves for a failure which may be devastating to their professional careers.
Girlish Pigtails: Chikako acts pretty feminine and wear pigtails. Considering her special physical condition, it may be a deliberate attempt to look more feminine.
Green-Eyed Monster:
- Subverted. The first time the player sees Shuichi you may think Shimon is just envious of him for being a genuine lady-killer (he is a Bishounen in a majorly female school) to call him all kinds of bad adjectives and thinking of sexually enslaving Akane in a way it breaks him the most but, the second time they meet, he shows himself to care little or at all about Akane anyway.
- With Kei, however, it's just pretty obvious Shimon is delusional and acts like every other male approaching Akane is trying to take advantage of her.
- In Urara's route, Shimon also manifests it through Miyazawa, the geography teacher whom he describes as very good-looking. With all those examples, it becomes pretty clear what Shimon envies: good-looking people who can legitimately score with girls without needing to torture and/or rape them, unlike him.
He's Not My Boyfriend: Suzuka's praising of Shimon earns her suspicious looks from Akane and Kei. She negates it, but the audience knows better.
Hermaphrodite: Mikako has both female and male sexual organs but is pretty much a girl. Deconstructed because a lot of her angst is generated for having this kind of body, making her feel alienated from the rest of the world.
Hope Spot: In the default ending, the one girl which Shimon had trained appears to him after he has almost died in Suzuka's dungeon, but only so she can have goodbye sex with him since she was bought by an owner overseas after the previous one died.
Hospital Hottie: Suzuka, who is the school nurse and curvaceous and cute.
Hot Teacher: Kagomi Mishima is curvaceous and pretty for a teacher.
Incest Is Relative: Sayaka has her own sister Suzuka as sex slave and punishes her severely at the smallest signal of disobedience.
I Need You Stronger: The principal wants to kill the teacher for what he did to her. But killing a pathetic washout would be no revenge. So, she gives him a task of breaking her students, to make him the Complete Monster he used to be.
Love At First Sight: Shimon falls for Akane pretty much immediately.
Meganekko: Suzuka in the present, being a relatively timid female wearing glasses.
Mind Rape: What Shimon does to Akane's to train her, using a mix of sleeping pills, alcohol and rape while on a dazed state to induce in Akane the unconscious idea she is attracted to him.
Moral Myopia: Sayaka is pretty protective of her relative Ochako being caught in Shimon's web and possibly being turned in his sex slave. She literally hired him to do that to other people's female relatives.
Obliviously Evil: Sayaka says she is envious of Akane's situation while the girl is clearly showing negative feedback to the rape and mind games Shimon is putting her through.
Older Than He Looks: Shimon is only on his late 20s, though that is obvious for the audience because of the fact he is the same age as Suzuka. Students think he is way older, much to his chagrin.
Parental Incest: Urara's father has a thankfully repressed crush on his daughter because she looks like her mother.
Princess Curls: Mikako has ringlets at the end of her pigtails, fitting an upper-class girl like her.
Recycled IN SPACE!: It's Night Shift Nurses on a high school!
Shipper on Deck: Shimon and Suzuka pretend to be this trope to manipulate Kei in their scheme to separate Akane from Shuichi, making him think they want him to be her boyfriend.
Stalker with a Crush: Shuichi is being chased around, pestered by a detective, and even seemingly injured, by a 40-something woman who repeatedly affirms they are on a relationship. Shimon learns of this by following himself Akane around.
The Dragon: Shimon. Sayaka is the architect of the plan, but he is the one on the field investigating the targets and breaking them.
The Last of These Is Not Like the Others: Suzuka is the one girl in the game who has sex with Shimon without any sort of coercion.
The Starscream: Shimon tries to betray Sayaka in the default ending so he can rape her, enslave her, and marry her so he can use the fortune of her family to do whatever he likes.
Tsundere: Mikako is almost a classic example about Shimon, secretly liking him acting perverted towards her while resisting on the surface.
Undying Loyalty: Suzuka will never betray Sayaka.
Unwinnable by Mistake: You can save everywhere, including on the middle of bad endings. That is common in visual novels, but this isn't just a visual novel but a Simulation Game, where a bad ending is more than just lines of text and involves having to go through the process of selecting a place to visit and select a girl to train every day. If you have only one save, you're screwed up. Your time is also limited, so you may be locked on a bad ending well before you realize.
Unwitting Pawn: Kei helps Shimon in his plan to make Akane a sex slave, mistaking him for a benevolent teacher who only wants Akane to break with her bastard boyfriend.
Villainous Incest:
- In case you didn't think Sayaka was bad enough, she keeps an incestuous relationship with her sister Suzuka and pretty much treats her like a whipping dog.
- Urara's grandpa is already using underhanded methods to make his book publishing company to get the upper hands against their competitors in the textbook market, but he also creeps on Urara and teases his son to start a sexual relationship with her, which is even creepier.
Villain Protagonist: Though he is not whole unsympathetic, Shimon's lust is such he goes along with Sayaka's cruel plan not because of money but for how much sexual pleasure he would get.
Yandere: Shimon is a downplayed version of this trope towards Akane. Though he obsesses over her and see every teenage male close to her as a threat, he is socially savvy enough to avoid extreme gestures or commit violence against her (real or imaginary) suitors.
You Have Outlived Your Usefulness:
- Bad Ending: Shimon hasn't completely trained not even one slave. Sayaka fires him and then calls the police, giving them the evidence of all of Shimon's crimes, so he is going to jail for at least some decades.
- The Default Ending: Shimon tries to betray Sayaka but Suzuka, which he thought to be his ally, had told Sayaka the whole plan he had to rape, enslave and marry her. He ends up a prisoner on Sayaka's dungeon, kept barely alive so the principal can watch him rot for having raped her, and then abandoned her after he had trained her, and she ended up suffering a mental breakdown.
Your Cheating Heart: Shuichi and Kei's dialogue reveals he cheated on Akane several times with his groupies.
