Hey, It's That Voice!: All over the place.
- Tom Kane - Yoda, Admiral Wullf Yularen, Narrator.
- James Arnold Taylor - Obi-Wan Kenobi, Plo Koon, Osi Sobek, Rako Hardeen.
- Dee Bradley Baker - All the clone troopers, Senator Onaconda Farr, Bossk.
- Phil LaMarr - Kit Fisto, Bail Organa, Orn Free Taa.
- Corey Burton - Count Dooku, Cad Bane, Ziro the Hutt, Baron Papanoida.
- Tom Kenny is Nute Gunray and Greedo.

- Dr. Nuvo Vindi was voiced by none other than Michael York, whom some of you may know better as Basil Exposition.
- The Black Panther (James C. Mathis III) is Captain Typho.
- Duff Goldman from Ace of Cakes voices a droid baker who's making a very fancy cake.
- Savage Oppress is voiced by Clancy Brown.
- Ron Perlman voices Gha Nackt.
- Son and Daughter are voiced by Sam Witwer and Adrienne Wilkinson aka Starkiller and Maris Brood.
  - Sam Witwer also plays Darth Maul.
- Mace Windu is voiced by Terrence Carson aka KRAAATOSSSSSS!!!!!!
- Daniel Logan reprises his role as the young Boba Fett from Attack of the Clones.
- Robin Atkin Downes is Master Ima-Gun Di.
- Jennifer Hale, aka Female Shepard and Bastila, voices Aayla Secura.
- Tasia Valenza (Poison Ivy) is Shaak Ti.
- Greg Baldwin (Iroh) is Master Tera Sinube.
- Dave Fennoy, (Tetrax and T'Chaka) is General Pong Krell.
- Bo-Katan (the Death Watch lieutenant in Season 4) is voiced by Katee Sackhoff.
- Kevin Michael Richardson is Jabba the Hutt.
- Seth Green is TODO 360.
- Jason Spisak (Kid Flash and Razer) is Lux Bonteri, Ahsoka's love interest.
- David Kaufman (Danny Phantom and Jimmy Olsen) is Jaybo Hood.

Talking to Himself:
- "Rookies" revolves almost entirely around the clone troopers, who are all played by Dee Bradley Baker. He makes a great deal of effort in making them sound distinct from each other.
- The battledroids are all played by Matt Wood, and so is General Grievous, so he is leading an army of himself.
- A number of Republic characters are also voiced by Tom Kane, including Yoda, Admiral Yularen, and the narrator. Of course, the narrator never actually appears within the show, but he sounds quite similar to Admiral Yularen.
- Corey Burton plays Count Dooku, Cad Bane and Ziro the Hutt.
What Could Have Been:
- Fan-favorite ARC trooper Alpha-17 was going to be a character in the show until George Lucas nixed the idea because it would mean having too many names beginning with A. As a result, we got Rex, who is basically the same character as Alpha except with a different name.
- Darth Bane and Revan were to appear in Ghosts of Mortis, even getting all the way to modeling, but were cut because them appearing as force ghosts seemed counterintuitive to the now established means for how a force user can appear as one.
