Funny thing, her full name, Theodora Theofilopoulos, contain two uses of the Greek word for ‘God’. Also, of all the main doctors in the team, Chase is the only one to not get a section in his POV.
Canon Immigrant: Kinddara ‘Kindd’ Morning, the eldest daughter of Dr Morning and narrator of Ruin Takada’s previous work, Fame Less Than Infamy. She is openly referenced as ‘a journalist in Chicago’ in chapter 9. When an American journalist is needed at all, we call on her. Also Toors Denote, who was only mentioned once in the manga.

Continuity Nod: In the original version (this one IS the rewrite), the vegetative state guy was Joseph Denote, the relative of a minor character mentioned one in the manga. As of chapter 10 of this rewrite, he is the original Toors Denote.
Contrived Coincidence: Had Light never got a manic episode and tried killing the Invigilator, he would’ve come clean about the self-harm and depression, and thus he wouldn’t have gotten so crazy. A little bit Fridge Horror, all considered.

Meaningful Name: Doctor Beyondormason Morning is named after a shinigami, as is Kinddara, his daughter. Luke, the purple-haired boy, is a (coincidentally) walking avatar of Ryuk the hallucination, and his name comes from Ryuk.
Mind Screwdriver: Chapter 10.
National Stereotypes: Light is Japanese, therefore he has never eaten Shepherd’s pie before (a dish made from minced lamb or mutton and mashed potatoes). Also, all those Aussie jokes from House.

House: (On Foreman) Heh. Thirty years on, and he's still robbing old men blind.

Neat Freak: Light is, allegedly, along with mother Sachiko.
Not So Different: Light and House seem to embody this, despite being the main opposition.
Not What It Looks Like: Inverted a little in chapter 6. Light indulges in House’s habit of having lunch with Vegetative State guy, and Cameron helps him off the bed, only for it to fail and Light ends up holding her by the neck to keep from falling, with her bent over him. Wilson comes in, to see what he believes to be… Light strangling Cameron. No, it wasn’t what you think, but wouldn't it be nice if it was?

Rewrite: This fic is a rewrite of the original, which was abandonned due to allegedly bad writing and a bad plot that no one was happy with.

Could be because he heard it from his supernatural telepathy, or simply because strange minds think alike (very unlikely, since House is yet to use it).

Shown Their Work: All the info on mental illness and drugs was researched extensively on The Other Wiki, and if there are any inaccuracies/inversions, it’s because Ruin Takada is a writer, not a psychologist, and likes to change things in the name of artistic license every now and again and call it 'Phantasy Science'.
Take That: The first chapter with the seizure can be seen as a take that to the Series/House series itself, as patients tend to get these at the beginning of the episode, only for there to be no mention of the seizure again. The early chapters are quite like that.
Techno Babble: All the usage of medical terms, regardless of whether or not the reader understands them. Subverted in that they are more or less accurate.
Terror Hero – House, as a type 2. Light, as a major type 4, and minor type 3 (YMMV on the Hero part). Not So Different, are they?
There Are No Therapists: And if there had been, it would've been a different story, as lampshaded by Dr Morning in chapter 9.
