Tend to develop with puberty, manifest when you turn 16, or reflect your personality. Can be turned off under the right (er, wrong) circumstances or exchanged. May even get you put in a special category.

May be temporarily stolen or given up. Upgrade at your own risk. Required Secondary Powers not included.
