Bleach Platinum Hearts is a Play By Post Game which is based about 400 years after the main storyline of Bleach. In this time period, the world has been ravaged by war, for as long as it can remember. There are a buttload of characters in this universe, some Canon while others original. As well as the cast of characters, there is a large range of members as well, ranging from a Butt Monkey (See: Ravana), to to someone who falls under the spell of Tranquil Fury, and a few traps. Oh, there's also Radioactive.

Tropes used in Bleach Platinum Hearts include:
  • Accidental Pervert: Happens at times; usually insinuated by our own UHCM
  • A Child Shall Lead Them: Shadin Yuudeshi attaining his power at a VERY young age, changing his appearance and his life.
  • All Your Powers Combined / You Will Be Assimilated : Akisame can take his opponents' hearts and, at the same time, their elements. Therefore, he controls earth, fire, wind, water and lightning, andmore.
  • Alien Invasion: Let's see... Mutants to the north, other worldly beings to the south, demons from the west, and Orcs from the East... THERE WILL BE BLOOD.
  • And All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt: Basically the story of the Heroes lives in London.
  • Anime Catholicism: Alex Washi, in a sense. Looks very much like Alexander Anderson; but he acts nothing like a priest of any kind you've ever seen.
  • Authority Equals Asskicking: EVERY org leader. Hakai Chikara, Shadin Yuudeshi, his Brother Zin, Touketsu, Kin, Zefonse, Ketsu...
  • Apocalypse Maiden: Dai (AKA Tenjhox)
  • Appease the Volcano God: Axel. The guy's !@#$ing made of MAGMA in final form.
  • Aristocrats Are Evil: Mizore Yukino, the Icy Queen down south.
  • Back to School: Former Member Akuro attempted a high-school all-truce school plot. It had such things as Shinji Hirako as a Physics teacher. The idea fell through and never was, however.
  • Badass Boast: A lot of Org leaders love this trope.
    • Zin- "You Can't stop the will of my hard head."
    • Zefonse- I have never lost a battle. All who resist will fall. The God of battle is what I have become. Shattered hope became my guide,and grief and pain my friends a brother pact in blood-ink penned,declared my silent end.
  • Beach Episode: We have one of these every once in a while when things get to heavy. Basically, universe-wide truce for everyone to come to the beach and have fun.
  • Beam Spam: What is worse than Zefonse's Expoisa? How about the more dangerous and faster Star Expoisa? It can punch a hole in Sekiseki-stone and the range is the same as Expoisa.
  • Berserk Button: Want a fun and amusing way to entertain yourself? Press the Berserk Button! Just call Poliro weak or make fun of him in general, call Rin Okamura a kid, threaten Dai's loved ones, threaten Karakura with Shadin around, talk about burning a forest near Colin Washi, disrespect the Quincy with Johnathan around, disrespect the main branch of the Sugiura around Tsubine, and then enjoy the show!
  • Beware the Nice Ones: Sayuri De Louge Roi is a prime example of this. Other than her, a lot of the other 'heroes' also apply, but not to the same extent.
  • Big Brother Mentor: As strange as it sounds in the Crapsack World this RPG takes place in, some examples of true Bromance exist.
  • Big Badass Battle Sequence: London, London, London.
    • To a lesser extent, the war in the wastelands, involving a personal battle between org leaders Zin Yuudeshi and Hakai Chikara.
  • Billed Above the Title: Shadin Yuudeshi seems to be everywhere on this site.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Most recently, Akuro.

  • Blade Spam: Gilgamesh. He likes his pointy objects.
    • To a bit lesser extent, Ravana. Fires lots of little sword strikes.
    • Not counting his six swords, Rihiku's Frozen Blades literally come out of the floor.
  • Body Count Competition: Every, single, war.
    • Most recent example: Mutants VS. Vizards, Orcs VS. Defenders of Earth.
  • Book-Burning: Probably the fastest way to take out the Ashlei Clixx
  • Brooklyn Rage: Alex Washi Pyro, gun maniac, take-no-prisoners attitude... plus his L.A. connections make this guy applicaple for this trope, despite him not being native New Yorkese
  • Calling Your Attacks: Entire site: Guilty.
  • Cat Smile: See any of our chibis: Supa, Chi, Blaze.

  • Commie Nazis: See Alfonso. He likes his mutant breedings...

    • However, he's still well loved and one of the toughest members on the site in this troper's opinion.
  • Curb Stomp Cushion: The good guys of the site getting to witness a few bad guys getting defeated.. right before the demon Mana DESTROYS LONDON.
  • Chased by Angry Natives: People who !@#$ with the site.
  • Clean Up the Town: Shinji, after returning from a 400 year long journey, decides to whip the now-desolate Old Karakura back into shape. He begins by whipping out a hollow horde and recruiting others to help him in the fun!
  • Color Failure: See James Mizumuzi, who has an extremely low stimulation tolerance.
  • Cross-Popping Veins: Call Rin Okumara a kid. Go on, see what happens.
  • Crapsack World: Just look at the Human World.
  • Defeating the Undefeatable: Zefonse does this to Nagato in said fight Nagato was in his released form all six where killed by Zefonse and to make sure he was dead, he used Expoisa
  • Digital Piracy Is Evil: Gin, GIN, niG, NIG

  • Diabolical Mastermind: Kuro Mikoto in London.(if you heard a creepy laugh within a 4 mile radius of the city at the time, it was from him.) Ashlei Clixx: (WEIRD stuff going on in her hollow labs.) Alfonso: See Commie Nazis.
  • Dying Moment of Awesome: Rest In Peace, General Yamamoto.
  • Earn Your Happy Ending: Zin Yuudeshi, from Human to Shinigami to Vizard OH MY!
    • To a lesser extent, Colin Washi. Lots of beat downs occured early on.
  • Enemy Within: Daigoro Ito's "Feral Mind".. until Daigoro held a blade to his own throat, threatening to take his own life to kill the feral mind unless they came to an agreement. Which, actually, led to them fusing.
    • To a lesser degree, the Ziamichi can have this trope applied to them IF the spirit within is of the opposite allignment. Otherwise, it's an Inverted Trope with them.
  • Epic Race: HAVE YOU SEEN WHAT'S GONE ON THE SITE TO GET IT TOO THIS POINT?!?!?!?!
  • Everything's Worse with Bears: Ursa-Ex-Machina.
  • Everything's Even Worse with Sharks: Radioactive.
  • Evil Counterpart: A Sugiura that reaches the height of power with a Sacred obtains a form called Kyuu Kyou. Too bad that reaching this stage ALWAYS creates an evil Split Personality, often more powerful than the original, and with the goal of destroying whatever is important to the Sugiura in question. Of course, when a normally evil Sugiura obtains it...
  • Eyelid-Pull Taunt: Not much explanation needed. Jokes are made quite often.
    • Shinji's REIATSU is pink, meaning pink cero, pink aura, pink waves, etc.
    • Azure Iramasha: The blastin' pink haired kid punk of the Iramasha.
  • Feuding Families: The Yuudeshi family has some... issues. What with Kin being evil and all..
  • Field of Blades: See Shirou
  • Five Races: There are actually more than five on platinum hearts. Both canon and original
  • Five-ManBand: Vizards, During the Mutant War.

  • From Nobody to Nightmare: The most INTENSE case of this trope on Platinum Hearts is done with Kin Iramasha. This kid went from Non-Human Sidekick mode to fucking Humanoid Abomination mode in the span of two or so years in this community
  • Four-Star Badass: HERE WE GO. We got Jenna, sick but still kickin' can in front of the Soul King. Zin and Shadin Yuudeshi, giving a big @!#$ YOU to the would-be upped powers and doing there own thing, Zefonse leading the Rinyauru as a slap to the face for its "controllers" etc, etc...
  • Glowing Eyes of Doom: Don't EVER let Kin Iramasha look at you. EVER.
  • God Save Us From the Queen!: Akemi. Nuff said.
  • Guns Akimbo: The favored weapons of resident gunslinging Angel-Quincy-guy Johnathan Walker.
  • Harsher in Hindsight: Daigoro Ito's whole plotline, really.
  • Heroic Spirit: Emiya Shirou. 'Nuff said.
  • Human Pack Mule: Kenji, or Rin, doing lotteries all day, everyday. Applause is definitely in order for this Admin!
  • The Illegal: Let's see... Demons, arrancars.
    • Orcs, hollows.

  • Incest Is Relative: The Sugiura. Nothing more needs to be said.
  • Insane Troll Logic: Any of Okabe's "breaking impossibility" reasonings can be taken as this.
  • Interrupted Suicide: See Daigoro Ito's problem with his inner spirit. More of a fight of dominance, but still threat of suicide.
  • Invincible Villain: Vohlis, Vohlis, Vohlis.
  • Jesus Taboo: See Judas Pain, a character of Kade's...
  • Karma Houdini: MANY of the sites top villains, Touketsu and Mana being prime examples.
    • Mana Even destroyed London. And is still laughing about it.
  • Kid Sidekick: Rin Okumura 100%. Also see Tagalong Kid and Mouthy Kid
  • Kill It with Fire: Poliro's the embodiment of this. Seeing as how he's Playing with Fire as it is. Also, watch for the Flaming Sword
  • Knight in Shining Armor: Tsubine is the literal definition of this. Did I mention that he also has luscious blonde hair?
  • The Last DJ: General Genryusai Yamomoto, falling in battle rather than run against the final form of the impossibly strong Ender. A true hero.
    • Also see: Zin Yuudeshi, with a stubbornness that demands respect and a forehead to match.
  • Lions and Tigers and Humans, Oh My!: The fact that anthros run rampant. Radioactive and Priscilla being main examples, and Komamura being a CANON example.
  • Love Chart: As expressed by Co-Head Chaozi, "Good Bloody Luck!"
  • Made of Iron: Daigoro Ito basically stood up to six Carpet Bombings at once, from the great Gilgamesh.
  • Magic Carpet: Gilgamesh's Vimana
  • Mind Rape: See UHCM

  • The Mole: Site member Gin was this recently, which resulted in him getting thrown off the site. Before his example, cases of The Mole were rather rare amongst the community.
  • Murder the Hypotenuse: Kameko Madoka-Sugiura's opinion of Arturia Pendragon after she catches her MAKING OUT WITH THE MAN SHE'S IN LOVE WITH (Daigoro Ito I'm looking at you.) Also causes her to snap completely and even SWITCH SIDES to try and get revenge.
  • Moment of Awesome: Oh lawdy, where to even BEGIN? We have Mana blowing the !@$# outta London, Johnathan slicing Zefonse into three pieces with one move (He Got Better thanks to his Healing Factor), Zin Yuudeshi turning the desert to glass, Gilgamesh appearing over Spain in a MOON POD.
    • Oh, and Spain being raided by Orcs? Not when Alfonso in the building. He walks out, looks at the choas, and summons a FRICKIN' ARMY of his own creations to do battle.
  • More Expendable Than You: Any nameless NPC's. Some of the lowest in the Yuudeshi network. Oh, and civilians when Vholis is in the area.
  • Names to Run Away From Really Fast: EVERY. ORG. LEADER. And quite a few of their top men.
  • Needs More Love : We have a new sub-race of the Iramasha recently created that needs enough members to fill up its up one of each type.
  • Nobody Can Die: Unless your name is 48. Or Damon. Or if you try to join the human org Force Feedback.
  • Number of the Beast: Nrvnqsr (Actually pronounced "Nero") has 666 Guardian Beasts within him.
  • One-Winged Angel: Almost EVERY demon's true form.
  • Our Monsters Are Different: There are tons of new and original monsters on Platinum Hearts. Sort of like the Orcs......and dragons......nevermind.
  • Plays by His Own Rules: Most of the bad guys. All of the canon espada fall under this now. And some good guys actually. Radioactive is a prime example.
  • Real Men Wear Pink: Shinji Hirako and Azure Iramasha match this trope perfectly.
  • Red Baron: Zefonse: God of Battle. Alex: Firehawk Haseo: Creature of the Night. Kameko: Knight of Honor. Akio: Quincy Knight Zero: Form of the Dark. Gildarts: Unrilvaled Beast. Alexander: The Great.(duh) Senorn: The trickster. Berserker: The Mad Knight. Daigoro: The Platinum Wall. Tsubine: The White Knight. Colin: Eagle God Shadin: Beast of Karakura. Johnathan: Hero of true Light. Radioactive: That Shark. That's right. THAT Shark. You know the one.
  • Robotic Spouse: Debated among site members as the only action site member Ravana will ever get.
  • Sabotutor: Pretty much anyone who tries to train Rin Okumura in OOC.
  • Sealed Badass in a Can: Otoya Kurenai did this to himself after getting nearly killed by Gilgamesh. Turned into And I Must Scream for thousands of years.
  • Science Is Bad: Where the heck to begin? Well, there's Mayuri, of course, but we also have the demons Tindera and Kakushi, Alfonso (A traitor of the Soul Society),KJ (DON'T mess with this guy) Etc, Etc, Etc...
  • Signature Move: Kin's "Burning Star", Ravana's "Reality Bomb", Kameko's "Ethereal Blades", Gilgamesh's "Enuma Elish", Johnathan's "Rose Thorn Blast/Petal Storm"... Etc.
  • Significant Double Casting: Hanako's role as bounty hunter AND bartender.
  • Sitting on the Roof: Quite a bit of PH History from times past of Shadin and Kin

  • Skepticism Failure: Ghosts, Demons, Nature Spirits, oh my!
  • Slasher Smile: Zaraki Kenpachi and Nnoitra Gilga. 'Nuff said.
  • Smug Super: Gilgamesh, except on the evil side. And the embodiment of this is Johnathan Walker.
  • Super Senses: A LOT of characters on the sight get at least ONE amplified sense in some form or another.
  • Tears of Blood: Wallachia's eyes are literally blood. When mixed with {{{Slasher Smile} a nice, big Slasher Smile}}, it might become a bit freaky.
  • Theme Music Power-Up: A LARGE majority of this communities active members are guilty of this trope as they provide posting music for almost each character they use.
    • Also see Sing Iramasha as her sword literally plays music to make her stronger.
  • There Is No Kill Like Overkill: Zefonse does not only slice you apart into eight bits. He also crushes your heart and inner organs in the same move. It should also be mentioned that his is not even CLOSE to what he IS capable of.
  • They Killed Kenny: Aizen. Who is more a joke than anything, since most of the characters nowadays are able to see right through his !@#$. Also, he is allegedly in hell atm with Ender, and attempts to come out repeatedly in OOC.
  • Troll: Zarot. Zarot, Zarot, Zarot.
  • Ultimate Job Security: Challenges are rare, although it generally sweeps like wild-fire when something happens.
    • Inverse of this trope is what happens to Nagato; His killer becomes his succesor.
  • Uncle Tomfoolery: Most of the site at one time or another, we love to kid.

  • Unstoppable Mailman: ... Zin Yuudeshi.

  • You Already Changed the Past: Okabe does this. Over and over again.
  • Weather of War: Rain abundant during fights here. Oh, and theres always, ALWAYS, a breeze..
  • What the Fu Are You Doing??: This can happen quite a bit when you confuse left and right in a post.
  • Where's the Kaboom??: The result of a bombing attempt on the Soul Society by one evil poison wielder when thwarted by Azure Iramasha.
  • Winter Royal Lady: Mizore Yukino, an Ice User who is also royalty.
  • World of Badass: Most Characters Qualify.
