These are the characters of Bleach Platinum Hearts, be their role major, minor, comedic relief, Lethal Joke Character or anything in-between. There will be spoilers in these - but refrain from adding uncertain things into this. Every member is responsible for adding their own characters!
Good Characters
Johnathan Walker
One of the last living Quincies from germany, going so far as to be called the 'last german Quincy'. Has survived way longer than any human should be able to thanks to a spirit that has sealed itself inside of him. Known for his heroics and never-ending confidence.
- Badass Longcoat: Sports one in Final and Hero form.
- Badass Boast: He BREATHES these.
- Bash Brothers: With Yuusuke.
- Beware of the Nice Ones: Do NOT hurt or speak poorly of anyone he knows. His normally kind self is still able to open gigantic cans of whoopass.
- BFG: The Quincy Lance is a shoulder-mounted Wave Motion Gun.
- Dual-Wielding: With both guns and Seele Schneider.
- Friendly Sniper
- Guns Akimbo: Arguably the first character on Platinum Hearts to use those as his main weapon.
- The Hero: Likes to see himself as this.
- Smug Super: Overconfident to the maximum.
- Proud Warrior Race Guy: His confidence mostly steems from being a Quincy.
- Last of His Kind: Averted. His daughter is a german Quincy like him, after all!
- Papa Wolf: Do NOT endanger Serah. Or her friends.
- Unexplained Recovery: Heart stopped, chest pierced with a sword by Zefonse, and buried? Digging himself out of there was the only real problem.
Daigoro Ito
"Get away from me. I'm not going to let you get hurt for my sake."
A man who has destroyed two of his own allegiances for the sake of his own moral bounds, Daigoro Ito has earned the nickname of "The Platinum Wall" for his efforts in defense.
- Badass
- Made of Iron: Daigoro exemplifies this trope to the T.
- Stone Wall: Dai lacks any form of attack whatsoever, though his defense is definitely nothing to be sniffed at. He tends to play the "Shielding" strategy in battle.
- Uke: Dai is one, through and through, without the gay.
Serah Kirsche
"Let's keep going, no matter what."
The daughter of a Quincy and a Shinigami, she is one of the few Quincy still roaming the worlds. Usually a very upbeat person, she has a fiery temper and a dangerous tendency to jump head-first into adventure.
- The Archer: Averts this by going into close combat most of the time.
- Badass Adorable
- Covert Pervert: Guilty of this in high amounts.
- Improbable Aiming Skills: Throwing darts with the accuracy she has is impossible in reality. Good thing that this isn't real.
- Knife Nut: With a Quincy Cross That doubles as a dagger, none the less.
- Made of Iron: Literally, thanks to her special ability.
- Tsundere: Evil tongues say that all females played by user Silim are this...
Yuusuke Onodera
The man who fights for the smiles of everyone, he's the textbook example of a heroic idealist. Has tendencies of being a drifter at times, but is always there to save the day if he has to.
- Bash Brothers: With Johnathan.
- Beware of the Nice Ones: Threaten children while he is in the general area and you can jump into the next best grave.
- Transformation Trinket: The source of his power as Kamen Rider Kuuga.
- Expy: Of Kamen Rider Kuuga.
- Henshin Hero
- Good Is Not Dumb: Say what you will, Yuusuke is not an idiot.
- Jack of All Stats: Mighty, Rising Mighty and Amazing Mighty form.
- Mighty Glacier: Titan and Rising Titan form.
- Fragile Speedster: Dragon and Rising Dragon form.
- One-Winged Angel: Rising Ultimate form.
Shino/Aura
A very kind, but also manipulative and highly intelligent being. One of the few 'Undead' Clan members of the Sugiura, and their current leader.
- Benevolent Precursors: Aura towards the Sugiura race in general.
- Beehive Barrier: Able to summon an Anti-Terror field that takes on this look. Trying to attack Aura while she is in the Sugiura Dimension automatically causes an unlimited number of those to appear and protect her.
- Beware of the Nice Ones: "Come to me, Innis!" is most often heard whenever someone thinks about harming the Guardian Beasts.
- Black Magician Girl: Only rarely - whenever the situation is simply on the absolute lowpoint, Shino changes into a 'monster' form which allows her to call forth elemental destruction in various flavors. As someone who hates violence, though...
- Good Is Not Dumb
- Light Is Not Good: Just because Shino dislikes fighting does not mean she has any qualms about playing any enemies against themselves.
- One-Winged Angel: Take one look at Innis.
- Physical God: Aura is the first Guardian Beast known, the goddess of life - and also virtually powerless, as her strength is directly linked to her kind.
- Took a Level In Badass: Shino was a completely powerless, if not downright useless, human. Becoming an Undead changed this, obviously...
- Squishy Wizard: Embodies this trope in Human and Monster form.
- ReallyAFewMilleniaOld: Aura looks like a human girl. And is possibly the oldest thing in an entire dimension apart from her mother.
- Humanoid Abomination: Aura might look human, but hair that 'flows like water' and eyes that 'stare right through time' should give off a big hint. Fertile Feet might be included depending on her mood.
- White Mage: An interesting version: While in human form, her ability to heal wounds and strengthen her companions is at it's peak, being so string that she can bring people back from the dead, unless more than three days have already passed.
Wataru Kurenai Sugiura
The younger of two sons of the current Sugiura Queen, he was still chosen as the next candidate for being the king Because Destiny Says So. Incredibly shy, humble, and nice, he is often the last guy people would expect to be a true hero... Until he is seen in the field of battle.
- Ascended Extra: One of his weapons, the Bassha Magnum, barely got ANY screen time in Kamen Rider Kiva. Here, he gets the arguably strongest 'Fever' move, a whirlwind of energy and water that explodes in a magnitude of colors. By extension, all the Arms Beasts are NPCs and thus bound to get some screentime with Wataru.
- Badass Bookworm: He stays inside most of the day - because he's mainly active at night. His obsession with violins also qualify him for the nerd criteria.
- Badass Cape: Emperor Kiva sports a red cape of asskicking.
- Bash Brothers: With Saga. For extra points: They are actual brothers, too!
- Bare-Fisted Monk: His normal and Kiva forms are both incredibly adapt at fist-fighting.
- Beware of the Nice Ones: The trope could be renamed 'beware of anyone named Kurenai'.
- Berserk Button: Come on, try to attack one of his siblings. Or insult his father.
- Bishounen: Handsome beyond belief, which may or may not have to do with his vampire motif.
- Dark Is Not Evil: Element: Darkness. Heart: Made out of pure gold.
- Drop the Hammer: Dogga's main weapon, which is strong and heavy enough to cause minor earthquakes. With lightning.
- Disappeared Dad: To make it worse, he was declared dead and an Obviously Evil new king was chosen, since he himself was too young for the throne.
- Knight Templar Big Brother: A played for laughs example most of the time. For those ACTUALLY posing a threat to his siblings, see the above trope.
- Our Vampires Are Different: Or rather, our Kurenais are different. Instead of blood, he can absorb pure life energy from people, just like his dad.
- True Companions: The Arms Monsters Garulu, Dogga and Bassha are this to Wataru and Saga in times of need.
- Theme Naming: His Hand-to-Hand techniques all have names that somehow refer to music.
- Theme Music Power-Up: Starting with Break the Chain, which plays whenever Wataru does fight, it goes on to Destiny's Play Whenever he transforms into Kiva. However, his second stage forms all have their own theme-song: Shout In The Moonlight, Innocent Trap, and finally, Silent Shout. But that's not quite enough - there's also Supernova for his final form, and This Love Never Ends Emperor Edit, a love song with insane amounts of Badass and The Power of Rock involved.
- The So-Called Coward: Most Sugiura believe him to be the weakest of the royal family, and he avoids fighting as much as he can. However, his instinct to protect his siblings and the innocent are so enormous that they are directly linked to his actual strength, and threatening them will quickly show why he is just a 'so-called' one.
- Infinity+1 Sword: At least for himself, the Imperial Demon Sword Zanvat is the pinnacle of kicking your ass with a sword.
Neutral Characters
Hinawa Kagami
"Shut up and go to hell!"
A young girl with a Dark and Troubled Past, Hinawa is a human with supernatural powers that turn her into an outcast. She's also secretly one of two surviving members of a 'slightly' strange clan of assassins that specialize in killing the inhuman.
- An Ice Person
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: Before meeting Tohno, she got by with murder, robbery, and... snarky insults.
- Deadpan Snarker: Oh so much.
- Defrosting Ice Queen: Guess what Tohno has to do.
- Face Palm: Her reaction to some of Arcueid's actions.
- Tsundere
- Sociopathic Hero: While her anger and embarassment are always Played for Laughs, her actual drive to kill anything supernatural and tendency to kill rather than ask questions is quite questionable. The reason she's not a villain is because her enemies are outright Eldritch Abominations... and that Love Redeems is in full effect for her.
- Kill It With Ice: Exactly how she deals with any supernatural threats.
- Harmless Freezing: Averted. Being touched by her bare hands freezes normal humans nearly instantly, causing frostburns and eventually stops the heart of the victim. In a matter of SECONDS. Doesn't work quite as well against anything remotely supernatural, though.
- Heroic Second Wind: Exactly what her Cambio-Form is.
- Berserk Button: Do NOT try to kill Tohno infront of her.
- Tranquil Fury: Awakening erases nearly all emotions from Hinawa, points her at the offending person, and has one simple goal. Kill.
Tsubine Zanifir von Zarkonheinz III
"I have no time to waste on a pathetic snake like you."
A man with nothing but revenge and protection on his mind, Tsubine is quite an interesting character. He was part of the Crusades and Sekigahara in his past.
- Basement Dweller: Tsubine doesn't leave the Sugiura realm unless he is ordered to.
- Berserk Button: Get too close to Shimura? Get your legs lopped off. Touch Shimura? Get your hands lopped off. Gossip about Shimura? Get your tounge lopped off.
- Comes Great Responsibility: Tsubine has to hold himself back just because of his status as a prince.
- Cool Sword: Tsubine's Sacred has two Tsubas, and his Alter has Caliburn's true form which is an overly-decorated "Holy Sacred"
- Fragile Speedster: Tsubine may not have good physical defense, but he is fourth-fastest character on the site.
- Glowing Eyes of Doom/Red Eyes, Take Warning: His Juugoya form turns him into a demonic being covered in darkness and with burning crimson eyes.
- I Have No Son: Tsubine was like this with Ritsuka for a while and still doesn't refer to him as his son. Thus, he says he has no children. Though, Tsubine doesn't know about Velius, who is his and Saeko's first child.
- Iaijutsu Practitioner: And his raw attack speed makes his blade itself invisible to the naked eye. All people can see is the light reflecting off of the blade. He also can perform Iaido with anything he can hold in one hand.
- In The Name Of Shimura: Tsubine does EVERYTHING "in the name of Shimura."
- Incest Is Relative: Tsubine has "dated" all four of his nieces, and may have a relationship brewing with one of them...again.
- It's Pronounced Tro-PAY: Tsubine's name is not "Tsu-bean" but rather "Tsu-bean-EY."
- My Name Is Inigo Montoya: Tsubine will speak his full name, status, etc. before he draws his blade.
- The Only One Allowed to Defeat You: He feels this way about Ieyasu Tokugawa.
- Perpetual Frowner: He only smiles properly when near Shimura, Kyoukai, or Saeko
- Psychotic Love Triangle: Kyoukai and Saeko could both be described as Yanderes at times, though they are strangely content with sharing Tsubine. Don't take him away from them, however.
- Pure Is Not Good: Tsubine is quite devoted to Shimura, to the point he'd raze entire cities in her name.
- Red Baron: The End
- Royal Blood: Tsubine is the second youngest of Shimura's children, and he is the youngest male child.
- Say My Name: IIIEEEEYAAAASUUUU!!!
- Swipe Your Blade Off: Tsubine's Iaijutsu style doesn't need to do this, but he does it with his Kenjutsu style
- Unstoppable Rage: Just try and get between him and Ieyasu. Go on. I dare you.
- His Juugoya form is pretty much the embodiment of this trope.
- Warrior Prince: Tsubine is definition of this. He is the top knight in the Sugiura rankings.
- White-Haired Pretty Boy: Except his Alter form, Tsubine's white hair is quite known, though mainly for its style.
- Will Not Tell a Lie: Makes it a point of pride not to lie or use deceptions of any kind. He despises people who lie as well
Zefonse Kaizme
"You're pathetic. Calling yourself a God when you can't even surpass your own limits? It's hilarious to the point of being pitiful."
A Arrancar who is the current Phoenix King of Rinyūaru.
- Asskicking Equals Authority: He is known as the "God Of Battle" and he can back it up.
- Badass- Come with his life
- Badass in A Nice Suit: When not in his main outfit he places on a suit.
- Beam Spam: What is worse than Zefonse's Expoisa? How about the more dangerous and faster Star Expoisa? It can punch a hole in Sekiseki-stone and the range is the same as Expoisa.
- Bishonen Line: While not bad looking himself, his release state makes him one of the site most wanted to have "fun" with.
- Energy Absorption: One of his many skills while released, and one of the more stronger ones.
- Healing Factor: Has one of the highest regeneration of the site, and its instant healing, so fast that being cut into three, didn't even make him blink. He also got cut down the middle by Excalibur at one point in the past, that made him annoyed.
- Iaijutsu Practitioner: The second best Iaijutsu user on the site, just under Tsubine.
- Lightning Bruiser: The Second fastest character of the site. One of the physical strongest, but only has 5 ways to defend himself, all of which are hard to bypass without planning.
- Memetic Badass: For Zefonse this is a bad thing, after all he is known as the "God Of Battle"
- One-Handed Zweihander: Zefonse, when not using Iaijutsu, wields his massive nodachi with one hand.
Dark Kabuto
"I'm Dark Kabuto, the hero of those I deem worthy! Time itself bends to my will!"
A former Quincy from a time long since past, he was turned into an Arrancar that served the Espada. After dying in combat, his legend was revived as a Guardian Beast. Having a strong sense of pride and honor, he chose to join the Sugiura instead of returning.
- Back From the Dead: His whole plot after the recent Retcon.
- Becoming the Mask: In an odd, not formerly 'evil' way, he became the Hero without a Name and embraced that role fully after his death, going so far as to forget his real name.
- Beam Spam: Improved Chrono Blast invokes this trope.
- Defection From Decadence: Often describes his leaving of the Espada as this.
- Fragile Speedster: Kabuto form and Hyper Kabuto form while using Clock Up.
- Mighty Glacier: The whole concept of Masked form.
- Knife Nut: The weapon of choice in Kabuto form.
- Smug Super: This is him incarnate.
- Sixth Ranger: Is this to the Sugiura. Not that they need it, but he was in the area.
- The Rival: To Yuusuke/Kuuga.
- Heel Face Revolving Door: Quincy hero turned hungry Hollow turned Arrancar turned Guardian Beast - you get the picture.
- Honor Before Reason: Often says this is the reason he follows Saeko.
- Jerk With a Heart of Gold: The ACTUAL reason he follows Saeko, as she reminds him of someone from a distant past.
Tsukasa Kadoya
"I'm just a passing-through Kamen Rider. Remember that!"
The amnesiac leader of Force Feedback, a humanity first terrorist and activist group. While he is very young, his technical genius makes him able to keep up with spiritual races, even after losing most of his memory.
- Brilliant but Lazy: Absolutely true - he was able to create armored fighting suits that keep up with Shinigami and others within only two years of research, but if he has no drive to do something, he can be incredibly lazy.
- Cloudcuckoolander: Very much so, especially after losing his memory.
- Magnificent Bastard: As the Great Leader, anway - he played people both inside and outside of Force Feedback against each other, used humans as test subjects and had plans to whipe out every last spiritual stronghold in some way or another - the Large Ham was missing most of the time, but he had one in reserve just in case of needing it.
- Laser-Guided Amnesia: The reason why he is not a diabolical mastermind.
- Transformation Trinket: The Deca Driver and the Kamen Ride Cards.
- All Your Powers Combined: Attack Ride: All Together
- Jack of All Trades: His basic Decade form - but also the ability to change into different forms to fit every situation, which can potentially make him a Master Of All. Without a lot of Kamen Ride cards, though, he is a Master of None.
- Jerk With a Heart of Gold: Certainly doesn't like showing his nice side, but when he does, he's a very friendly young man.
Evil Characters
Heroism
"All the Worlds Evil, Angra Mainyu."
The Hero of the Hollows, he is a being that was born evil, lived evil, died evil and desires only evil - Because it's the only thing that brings him joy.
- Badass Preacher: One of the evil kind.
- The Chessmaster: His true strength is definiatly his strategic genius.
- Expy: To Kotomine Kirei of the Nasuverse.
- Evil Eye: His eyes see all possible imminent futures, and his release only strengthens it. Oh, and they also have a dull, desinterested and through and through EVIL stare thanks to it.
- Large Ham: REJOICE, EMIYA!
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Delivers a few of those for the good guys.
- Evil Counterpart: Arguably, to Emiya Shirou.
- Spikes of Villainy: His Resurreccion spots a few.
- Red Baron: His real name is Kotomine Kirei, Heroism is a title given to him by the Hollow race.
- Names to Run Away From Really Fast: Angra Mainyu means evil spirit. It also generally means a giant can of asswhooping on anyone he uses it against.
Hakai Chikara
"When fighting Zin..., He doesn't give a F***."
Fools who wear their hearts proudly on their sleeves, who cannot control their emotions, who wallow in sad memories and allow themselves to be provoked this easily – weak people, in other words – they stand no chance against my powers. You will find yourself easy prey for my blade.
- Living Weapon: You name it, Hakai can craft that shit with his body.
- Attack! Attack! Attack!: Welp, often doesn't know when to stop.
- Challenging the Chief: Often the case vs. Zin.
- Fist of Rage: Never should have asked him over for dinner...
