Gregory House was based on Sherlock Holmes to begin with, sharing his sidekick to bounce ideas off of (Wilson instead of Watson) and even a drug addiction (Vicodin instead of Cocaine). Would that make Cuddy the equivalent of Irene Adler?
• Darryl Revok is Hannibal Lecter meets Carrie. Except he predates both of those other characters.
  • Cameron Vale is Carrie plus the player character from Myst.
• Dr. Anton Phibes is John Doe meets Freddy Krueger meets Ernst Stavro Blofeld meets The Jigsaw Killer meets The Phantom of the Opera meets Wile E. Coyote, with perhaps a bit of Don Lafontaine in there, too.
