• Back for the Dead is not about retrieving corpses or sacrificing people's backs to the deceased.

  • Nor does it insinuate that Scott Stapp has somehow become awesome.
  • And however bad ass he might be, it also has nothing to do with Apollo Creed.
• A Badass Driver is not the low-level program allowing for the communication between the hardware and software of a Super Robot. Nor is it the incompetent controller of a donkey. And it's certainly not a particularly awesome golf club.
• A Badass Longcoat is not about the piece of attire. It is not used to cover a particularly unattractive butt, either.
  • Similarly, Badass Long Hair is not Godiva Hair that covers an unattractive butt.
• Badass Normal is not about having so many badasses to the point of being the norm.

It is neither a particularly large pair of breasts that entrap unwitting persons within nor the pectoral area of an especially hirsute man. It's not a shirt that is fearsome, either.
• The Chewbacca Defense does not involve winning a board game through the implied thread of ripping your opponent's arms out of their sockets should you lose.
• Chewing the Scenery is not a Big Eater masticating parts of the environment around him. Though both may involve ham.
  • Nor is it about a giant (a literal big eater) eating the environment. That's This Billboard Needs Some Salt.
• Chew Toys are not Pokémon that result from hot Pikachu-on-Blastoise action.
• Chick Magnets are not people or things that attract the ire of Jack Chick. (The trope's examples would be OVER NINE THOUSAAAAANND!)
